I preface everything that I am about to say with the fact that this is my first time at a Boston Market.
That said, the food quality was okay. Nothing special. The shop is clean, which was comforting at the end of the day.
The service however is absolutely incredible. Hands down! Granted, never been before, but the staff were super professional and brought our food to the table with us… like escorting to the table.
Honestly I would be neutral on Boston Market but the staff were too good to ignore.

Really nice knowledgeable staff. I informed the man slicing meat that I had gluten and soy allergies and he immediately changed his gloves, got a new knife and cutting board. I was extremely impressed and felt like the employees take cross contamination seriously. I would definitely recommend to someone with allergies that they give Boston Market a chance.

RAW MEAT AND BAD SERVICE
Wow I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a boston market before! Been to others and loved them, but this was just dreadful. I came in the store and the grandma working gave me SUCH attitude while I was ordering! If I’m gonna pay 12 $ for a meal, I want good service!
Not to mention, the portion sizes were smaller than what I give my DOG! I was about to eat my chicken and after cutting my chicken in half, blood started pouring out. I didn’t attempt to eat it because i think it was RAW! Do they not check the internal temperature here?
I was going to eat at the dining room but it was so unclean and none of the tables were wiped down. I was going to speak to a manager, but apparently the manager was the old lady who gave me attitude from before!
In conclusion, don’t each here.

Posted this a month ago but it was removed. I ordered the pot pie and caesar salad to go. I live about 5 minutes from the boston market and drove straight home. An hour after eating this food I was vomiting and was sick for 4 days. Went to see my doctor and he confirmed my symptoms were consistent with food poisoning. The restaurant contacted me immediately after my first post but I was not offered any type of compensation for my horrible experience. Manager of boston market if you have this removed I will just post it again.

Used to be a good restaurant. Had a change in management for the worse. I had a major issue with them refusing to serve my 2 year old son. Management and corporate have given me nothing but bullshit. I would not recommend going until major changes have been made

Good, friendly service at manchester Boston Market. Love their creamed spinach, mashed potato, and mashed sweet potato. The tables and restroom are clean and the sides are delicious. I am a vegetarian so I only eat their sides. Food is always well packed and very hot. Excellent customer service! Corn bread is delicious. I always stop here for takeout when I visit nearby Buckland Hills Mall.

Really hit and miss here. Some days it’ll be pretty good other days everything seems to taste… off. The one (mostly) consistently thing they have is the cornbread which my girlfriend and I always look forward to and save for last. I usually get the half chicken and most times it is pretty good but the gravy is almost always nasty.
