One of my pet peeves is getting my car serviced. What a pleasure at Hand. I dropped the car of and was able to enjoy beautiful downtown Manchester while they serviced the car. When I returned, the car was washed and vacuumed. Interior waiting area is clean and new and the emotes couldn’t be more pleasant.

I have bought 3 cars from Hand over the years, used them to service my cars and recently they seem to have slipped in customer service. I purchased a new car a few weeks ago and was told they would call to check on how things were going. I never received a call. I had several questions and had to track some one down to get answers some times having to call 3 to 4 times. The final straw was when I dropped my car off to have some thing done on it I was not offered a ride and it was –2 degrees out. They knew I would be walking in the cold. We had asked them to do a few things before we picked up the new car and they were not done. Hope they can get back on track soon and improve their customer service

I have serviced my 2004VW Jetta GLI, my father’s 2008VW Passat and my 2010 Chevy Tahoe at this Hand Chevrolet and VW dealership. They are always courteous and respectful, I’ll give them that. They are also really expensive. When I had my oil changed and a regular maintenance schedule done on my Tahoe it was over $ 120.00. In Austin the same service was just under $ 50.00. We dropped a car off with a recall issue off today and they gave us a really terrible rental car. Our rental car was quite dirty. missing a door handle and generally in bad condition. Considering our VW with many miles was in for service you would think they would want to give us a decent rental car — possibly to encourage us to upgrade the current car in for service. It had been there 5 times with over 150,000 miles on it. It’s a good, reliable location but very expensive and not always customer first.
