All the merchandise here is clearly made for an outlet store. The fit and quality level is off when compared to the Brooks Brother’s stores in Boston or New York City. I bought a sweater here that has the strangest fit. I wish I could return it, but even at close to $ 200 it is not worth the gas or the time. I will pay likely donate it to charity. I would not go to a Brooks Brother’s outlet store again BUT, I will continue to shop at the retail stores.

If I could give negative stars for my retail experience here, I would. Went to help my b/f re-up on his wardrobe and got ZERO assistance from the staff. All of whom were busy doing nothing: Sales Rep 1) windexing counter Sales Rep 2) complaining about her commission on a prior customer transaction Sales Rep 3) folding clothes *Weren’t greeted upon entry. *Not once were we asked if we needed help finding a size *No reference to any discount or promo going on — although there are(as seen on RetailMeNot) Still managed to make it worthwhile for my man, made some quality purchased of high quality clothing… just«No Thanks» to the employees.

Actually had a very good experience here buying a suit for our son. Their was good selection, reasonably priced with 25% off on top of that. Service was very good and the first suit fit perfectly. $ 325 for a good quality gray pin stripe + 25% off was great.

Same experience as previous reviewer. Pulled out my 10% off coupon and definitely got the«I can’t believe you’re using a coupon» look. Many stores in Manchester aren’t in there. If you don’t want people to use the coupon, don’t put one in the book.

One star for the truly nasty treatment my fiancé and I received from the miserable little man at the counter when we asked for the AAA coupon book. It blows my mind that Brooks Brothers would alienate its target market with such pointlessly hostile behavior. Maybe this is where BB sends the rejects who can’t hack it in the retail locations, but I expect better from a company that claims to pride itself on superior customer service. Such a shame too, since they were part of the reason for our trip, but after the encounter we had with him, there was absolutely no reason to stay and spend our money. After picking our jaws up off the floor when he literally TOSSED the coupon book on the counter and stormed off, we headed over to Ralph Lauren, Hickey Freeman, and Armani where we received gracious and helpful service. We actually returned the next day to speak with the manager since it was still irking us, but she seemed fairly indifferent to the whole thing. «it’s probably a training issue,» she tells us. No, it’s a *personality issue*, and an *insufficient hiring protocol* if THAT’S who is making it through the process. Ah well, Brooks Brothers– if you insist on alienating the current generation of lawyers and bankers, we’ll see if you last another 100-something years…
