US Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

My initial impression of US Plumbing is unfavorable. Home Depot referred me to US Plumbing. I had an appointment scheduled for a consultation. The representative from US Plumbing was supposed to show up from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, preferably early in the morning.
I did not hear anything from US Plumbing all day. Then, the representative called me at around 12:45 pm to tell me that he was on his way. The problem is that he was across town and would have been at least 20 minutes late for the meeting. On top of that, the meeting would have taken another 45 minutes to an hour. This was really frustrating because I had to take off work in order to be home for the consultation. I cannot afford to take a whole day off from work just to meet with a representative from US plumbing. Additionally, if the company cannot send someone to show up on time for a meeting, then I have serious doubts that I would be satisfied with any of the company’s work.

Thank you for taking the time to sit, discuss and resolve this issue. I was informed by Home Depot that you stated that I was notified of the broken pipe prior to the installation of the garbage disposal. I am sorry for the misunderstanding and glad that we could come to an agreement.
