My ac unit exploded in my house, it flooded the basement I cleaned all of it up but my insurance company said to call these people to spray to make sure no mold would grow and abate the stuff that had. I called and told them what I wanted them to do they said no problem. When they came out they said there was nothing they could do to help? Maybe I don’t know how this works but I was specific about what I wanted to have happen I had removed the dry wall and wanted them to spray where I could not reach.
They wanted to vacuum a just vacuumed floor? Now we need $ 75 dollars and no we cannot give you a receipt the company will mail you one? I was going to pay in cash as I do this often but not going to happen gave them a check and told them good bye. I will never ever use this company again. Oh and of course they could not find my house there are only a few on the block I had to chase them down. update not 24 hrs after they closed my door my check was cashed and my bank is in mid west and on a consumer site there are no less than 22 other reviews the same as mine including the one day check cashing.
