Lived at rosemary ridge for 2 years. The community was well kept, staff is helpful and outside noise was rarely an issue. You can hear neighbors walking if they walk heavy and walls are a little thin. Also police will ticket you overnight if tags are expired. Overall it is the best community in Manassas and would recommend.

There have been more positive experiences since my last review — the pet waste is less and the neighbor with the trash received a personal visit from the staff and the problem has stopped. I also had special support from David Hall and Faith when we needed to pest treat the apartment. They were very helpful by scheduling me first that day and making the clubhouse available for my dog and I to hang out for the 4 hours the apartment was sealed after the treatment.
