Pro Styl’n Barber Shop

I’ve always had good service here. Well, there was this one young Barber that couldn’t get it right but other than that… GREAT service! Wayne did my hair and its hard to get it right because I’m kinda fading in the front. He nailed it!

I just moved to the NOVA area from Philly several months ago and I have yet to find a suitable barber skilled enough to cut down here. What I am finding is people down here do not listen and prefer to cut your hair the way they want to cut your hair instead of the way you clearly explain it.
Yesterday, instead of driving back to Philly for a haircut (which I have been doing) I decide to check out this shop in Woodbridge. I get there and the place closed at 3PM; however someone mentioned there was another shop (same name) around the corner near the CompUSA. As soon as I walked in the door a young kid (barber) was right in my face saying you’re next (wtf). I appreciate the speed but he was a little too desperate.
While this guys is cutting my hair I noticed his chair is in no view of the mirrors so I can’t see what he’s doing but I can feel that he has no idea what the hell he is doing. I had to point out errors and then grabd the clippers from him and do it myself (wtf!). I asked to get a shampoo afterward but the ladies in the back were too busy.
Top it off with they don’t accept credit cards. So I had to walk to an ATM that charged a $ 3 fee. A total waste of $ 18 and time.
Looks like I will be driving back to Philly for my haircuts going forward.
Oh yeah, I was trying to give half a star!

Ive been living in Manassas for a long time and the barbers and I see the same barbers in there for the last 10 years. Reggie & Donnie are some long term barbers and usually the only ones I let cut my hair.
