Ref# A023833X81T1815 I placed an order online and never receive my order. I notified the store of my issue and unsatisfactory experience but instead of listening the manager failed to acknowledge my issues. She started discussing about her employees at the store, not showing up for work and being short of help. She also acknowledged an oversight of my order. I’m a repeat customer at this Pizza Hut location and today will be my last. I would like a full refund, since my card was charge. Overall poor customer service and experience.

I have tried to have a decent customer/business relationship with this location of Pizza Hut. Poorly Managed. First experience was that I ordered online and about 10 minutes later I get a call that the Oven is broken and they could not make my pizza. Being of generous spirit I tried them a week later. Once again I ordered online. I arrived 30 minutes as the website said my pizza would be done. The woman tells me my wait would be about 6 minutes more. As I am sitting in the lobby for about 10 minutes I get a call on my cell phone. It’s frigging Pizza Hut calling to tell me they don’t have all the ingredients/toppings for my pizza and do I want to substitute. What kind of Bizzarro Pizza Hut Zone did I enter? Help.

Unfriendly staff, estimated times for pickup have traditionally been 10 minutes late on average. Pizza is always good though.
