Papa John’s

Ordered for the Superbowl and was surprised it came as quickly as it did, about 30 minutes. I like that Papa Johns gives the option to cook the crust well done. Most other places do not give this option as a simple radio button on the website. I take away one star for price. If anything outside of advertised specials is ordered the prices get out of hand quickly.

Thanks for the hot pizza for super bowl! It took about 30 – 40 minutes to arrive, but it was worth the wait.
One star taken off due to the fact that I got the wrong soda, but I bet you guys are slammed with orders tonight. Of course we will be ordering from here again for delivery.

This is a better then average Papa Johns. Food is consistently good. Delivery guys can be grumpy at times. But that doesnt matter because am not trying to make new friends, I am just trying to get good food. The reason for 4 stars, instead of 5, is they take longer to deliver. We are not from them

I have never had a bad experience with this pizza! Delivery is quick, pizza is good with the garlic dipping sauce and jalapeños. The crust is crispy on the outside and soft and bubbly on the inside. Cookies are hit or miss.

In recent months they must have calibrated their oven to a new exclusive setting. Burnt crust, yea, that’s about right, the crust comes out brown and tastes a little burnt. I’ve been to locations in Maryland and as far as South Carolina, and have this issue only at this location. Apparently, they cannot rectify this due to «safety reason» according to the store manager, Steve. If you don’t like burnt pizza then DO NOT order here.

I’ve been to this location twice and had delivery from here once. I’ve always used the one on Commerce/​Market Circle, but once I learned that this location was closer, I’ve been using this one. Now the other one was my go– to for years and they got used to me ordering and the Manager is awesome. This location is in a gloomy plaza, though safe. I will say that tonight as I sat in my car and waited for my order to be made, a car pulled up with 3 illegals and sat there staring at me and none of them got out of the car. I finally looked over and glared and they sped away. There are some random cars that sit in the driving lanes without parking so all of this just adds to my hesitation to pick up my order. As far as the service goes, my order is always waiting for me. I do request to leave out the extras, but they always include them (the other location reads my notes). That’s no biggy, but could factor into their pay since it’s wasted ingredients they could save and maybe get a raise out of it. The pizza is always decent, no weirdness or bad vibes there… they could spread the ingredients around more consistently (see my pics). I have noticed that the staff is nice, but have a prick on board that is a bit unprofessional and kinda annoying. The drivers definitely hustle, stay busy, and focused. As far as paying in cash, I’ve never seen delivery drivers carry more than $ 20 dollars on them for safety reasons. Many drivers are at risk for robbery and have been mugged or killed for what others perceive as having wads of cash on them. I wouldn’t want to put a driver in an unsafe situation, neither do the businesses as a rule.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE…
In the past we’ve always ordered papa johns because of the online rewards program… But tonight I placed an order for me and my 2 kids, age 2 & 4… And I JUST had my 3^rd baby 25 days ago… My total was about $ 25.00 for pizza & wings, after placing my online order I called to make sure the delivery guy brought change for a hundred dollar bill… a few minutes later the guy called back and said the delivery guy actually didn’t have change for a hundred and (get this…) «So you need to just find change for it…»
REALLY??? I told him that if I HAD the change for it I wouldn’t have called in the first place… I said cancel it then I guess, thinking that he would say nevermind we will figure it put and bring the right amount of change… No… He said «ok ma’am I will go ahead and cancel that for you, need anything else?» Really? Like he was doing me a favor.
So short story long… Fair well papa johns I am extremely disappointed and WILL NOT be ordering from your company again!

I found a 25% off coupon online so I ordered a small BBQ chicken bacon pizza for future delivery. Pizza was good but way over priced. The size and quality was about the same as dominoes BBQ chicken pizza but costs about $ 4 more. The other reason only 3 stars is that the delivery guy was 10 minutes late. Papa johns online ordering system is not a cool as pizza hut’s or dominoes tracker. If you have a coupon give the BBQ chicken bacon a try otherwise save your money.
