MTC Repairs

Repair service is run out of individual’s townhouse so scheduling is by appointment only.
Had a Chromebook with a problem power connector, the pin was pushed in and could not charge. Called MTCRepairs and it took him less than an hour to fix the problem. Charged a reasonable rate for the repair. Commented that the charge port was a little loose and offered to buy and install a new charge port at no additional labor charge, just the cost of the new port. Took about 5 days for delivery of the charge port, meanwhile we had use of the Chromebook which was charged without any problems. Brought back the Chromebook and within 45 minutes he had installed the new charge port. It is a nice, secure fit with the charger.
An excellent experience, very fast and professional. Fees were very reasonable too. Offered a 1 month warranty on the service provided.
