Merchants Tire & Auto

I had new tires put on here. It took them over 4 hours, and the tires were all flat within 2 hrs. I went back, and they hassled me about giving me my money back and were VERY rude. They kept telling me they couldn’t credit my credit card, but then wouldn’t send me a check. I kept being told to call their customer service line, who told me it’s up to the station to give the refund for the return (duh). It took dealing with the better business bureau to get the refund (weeks later, after I’d already had to pay the credit card bill so was out money I didn’t really have since I had to get tires put on at the sears down the street instead.) Didn’t even get an apology, and they made me drive down from my job in Rockville to get the check (when I told them I had an injured knee and wasn’t even supposed to drive) and then still hassled me about it when I got there. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
