I’m a new pool owner and took my water to get tested and they where nice when I was buying what they told me I needed, but a week later when I decided to have the pool water retested and showed that I did not need all the stuff that they sold me and I tried returning it (unopened) they would not take it back and I got the… if you read the back of the receipt we can’t return certain stuff even if unopened. Forget about the 14 day satisfaction guarantee they have it’s only 8 days and nope they did not returned it.
