I went here about 4PM on a Sunday afternoon, and the place was dead except for one other party. In fact, chairs were up on the tables in one section. There was a lot of water on the floor in that section(i.e., it didn’t look like it had just been mopped). Service was quick and the food was decent. Nothing special, but not bad, either. The one thing that concerned me, though, was that a customer vomited right in the middle of the floor near where I was setting. The server asked if I wanted to move, which of course, I did. But then no one cleaned up the mess for about 15 minutes(even though, from what I gather, the appropriate person was told immediately). Maybe if the place had been busier, there would have been a quicker reaction. But still, it just seems odd that someone would let a pile of vomit sit on the floor for that long. It’s not the type of thing you want a customer to walk in and see. The upshot is, the place had no ambience and, while the service was quick and friendly, I question the cleanliness.

Everything is made absolutely fantastic and with care! Their cheesesteak was made with real sliced meat, you can even look at it and can tell. It was also seasoned extremely well. I’ve had MANY cheesesteaks where the meat look like it was prefrozen, premade and packaged. Not the case at all with this one. It was literally superb. But more fries next time.

First, I am giving 3 stars for the fast service, little wait time, and the fries. We were actually on our way to Katerina’s Greek Restaurant and saw this place on our way so we turned around. We ended up staying just because we were so hungry. I will continue to mourn the fact that we never made it to Katerina’s. At first glance, it looks like it could be a good time. We walked in at about 6:45, and the place smelled strongly of bleach and scented cleaner, which I felt even permeated the food I ate. While its great to know you keep the place clean, it’s unappealing when I just want to smell good food. Second, the entire atmosphere was somber. The first floor was full but it was quiet with no laughter or smiles. It didn’t look like anyone was enjoying their food. And the music… Depressing to say the least. Which does not help the already less than stellar atmosphere. As for the burgers themselves… Mediocre. I can’t say anything about the breakfast but I can tell you there is an 8 oz glass coke bottle filled with sugar which upon asking, I learned was for the coffee and tea, and«because someone thought it was cute». Apparently there was such a high demand for sugar they had to serve it to us this way, but unfortunately we did not learn this until pouring it on the fries.

Cute diner with great music playing. Irish eggs Benedict was good. Hash browns were greasy and had no taste. Waitress was good and kept the coffee coming I would come back when in the area.

They were great and attentive. At first I was worrisome due to a review stating their xenophobia. But I’m Hispanic and came with my Asian boyfriend and were treated like everyone else. I ordered their Original Ruben and fries. And my boyfriend ordered steak. It was amazingly freshly done and had that mommas kitchen feel to it.

This place is great. I’m shocked at some of these low reviews. Just went yesterday and had a tuna melt with onion rings and the hubby had a philly cheese steak sub with fries. Everything was good, speedy service and very reasonable prices

This is my 3rd time here and I’m extremely satisfied with everything about this place. Clean, Brite, fun, and cool. The food was delivered fast by friendly servers. I don’t get the complaints others have posted. Look at my pics.. perfect. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended. Great job…

Today was my second time eating here and both times I’ve been unimpressed. Today really did me in, though, and I won’t be coming back. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and was very disappointed when the hollandaise sauce tasted strongly of yellow mustard. It was not good at all. I told the waitress that I didn’t like it and the reason why. She offered to bring me something else. I went simple and just asked for 2 scrambled eggs. When we got the bill it showed the Eggs Benedict. I told the waitress that the rejected item was still on the bill and I didn’t think it should be since I didn’t like it. The waitress was very hesitant and said maybe she could take 10% off. When she came back she said she took 25% off the one item since the eggs were free. I think this is unacceptable and it really turned me off. Poor customer service. Another warning I have for potential customers: the«home fries» are just frozen, processed potato cubes.

This place is one of my favorites. All the breakfast foods are fantastic! The coffee is also wonderful. It’s a true diner. Oldies playing in the background, great décor, super clean. Highly recommend the eggs, rye toast and hash browns. The service had always been wonderful and the foods comes out very fast and super fresh. I mostly get breakfast food but have had their burgers and they are also delicious. Highly recommend this place.

I was excited to finally try Jukebox Diner. I was with my husband and son for lunch. We were seated quickly. There were only a few others customers. We sat for awhile without service and I was about to suggest we leave because my husband only has an hour for lunch but the server finally came over. We ordered our 3 meals. I was worried about how long it would take to prepare food but it came out quickly. Well, my husband and I got our food quickly. We flagged our server down who was staring at the floor behind the bar and asked about our sons food. He went back«to check on it» but in reality we watched him enter in the order. He forgot to order his food but blamed it on the kitchen for not preparing it. The food was actually pretty good but, dang, the service stinks. The food wasn’t good enough for us to want to go back and deal with crappy service.

5 stars because they always leave me alone. This might sound novel, but all i want to do after a long day of talking to people at work is sit in silence and eat dinner. The service is friendly and prompt. They take my order, bring me my food, make sure my drinks are full, and otherwise largely leave me alone. The food is decent but it’s average for a diner. The French fries are oddly very, very good.

Best chocolate shake ever! I got this really large straw so drinking my chocolate shake was a breeze and the flavor is amazing I love the music and the atmosphere the food is definitely better during normal hours so if you haven’t check this place out and get desert for breakfast, hey you’re an adult you can do that ;)

Average food, okay service(Tremendously courteous waitress). I think the problems stem from the kitchen, TOOSLOW. The food(Breakfast), was just that, can’t screw up bacon and eggs, however, the entire plate of food was cold. So not sure if it was the waitress fault or the kitchen took for ever. Would I come here again??? … Perhaps. Upscale Denny’s/iHop

Honestly, I see 2.5÷5, and I get nervous. But I gave this place a try with a friend for breakfast yesterday and have to say it was really good! Here’s the thing with diner food. You don’t get anything fancy. No seafood(unless its a fish sandwich), no pasta, nothing that requires more than putting it onto a fryer and or grill. Same goes for breakfast. When in doubt, go with breakfast, which is precisely what we did. I got the French Toast breakfast, which came with 2 eggs done the way you want them, and 2 meats, which I got two sausages. Also got myself an apple juice. My friend got the chipped beef. The server we had was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. The food arrived quickly and was reasonably priced as well, not to mention to portion sizes were very nice. However, the French Toast looked pretty small. But the setting is cute and overall we enjoyed the experience. I would return here, and remember, know your unofficial diner rules! 1.) When in doubt, stick to breakfast food. 2.) Don’t order anything that requires more than ordinary effort to make 3.) Don’t order seafood unless its fried fish. 4.) Avoid the pasta dishes. 5.) Burgers, and chicken sandwiches are also a safe guarantee. Follow these rules each time at each diner, and you will be just fine!

I’ve been eating at Jukebox Diner now for years, primarily for breakfast. I almost always get the ham scramble. It comes with perfectly silky scrambled egg, chopped cubes of ham, and cheddar cheese, as well as home fries that are absolutely delicious. They also serve a really mean gyro and burger at this place. Also, you can order food online for delivery or takeout.

Less than a mile away… over an hour to deliver the cold food… and, of course, an ENTIRE dinner is missing. Three calls with the driver to ground guide the mental dwarf to a home that required ONE turn from his door to ours. The restaurant response? We’d be happy to send you free dessert. Hey, dumb A$$es, how about just getting the order right, here hot and in time. A warmed up can of Alpo would likely be more satisfying that what showed up cold, wrong and incomplete. Last time, for sure. UPDATE So, replacement order comes 15 minutes later(+) by an angry manager who stood on my doorstep arguing with me for my lack of appreciation for his extra effort to deliver the correct food and two desserts and a box full of bread. He stood on my doorstep arguing with me about how busy they are and how it «takes a long time to cook fresh food.» I think GFS would take exception to their slacked out pie being claimed as fresh. Any jerk who cannot own his«employees» mistakes with a simple apology is seriously in the wrong line of work. But a jerk who literally screams at a customer because she is unhappy with her now 1:15 completed order needs to seriously rethink his career choice. A simply here you go and«we’re sorry» would have gone miles. An argumentative delivery personally handled by the«mad manager» is DOA.

Don’t know why they get such a bad wrap. The food is good and the employees are friendly. Their French toast is the best damn French toast I’ve ever had. Most toast comes out tasting like a piece of bread dipped in egg — but not theirs. Theirs is bursting with vanilla and cinnamon flavor. Believe me when I say it’s the best. Plus, the eggs are cooked in a very interesting way; if they’re scrambled they resemble thin strips of egg goodness(it’s an interesting take on scrambled eggs as they’re normally cloud-like). Anyway, I digress. Get the French toast!
