Fairfax Station, VA
This Giant has to be one of the worst Giant’s in the area. Ever since the Giant on Liberia closed down (which it rightfully needed to be), this one took over the crown for the worst customer service for a grocery store in Manassas. The manager’s here can’t seem to multi-​task to save their lives. I was here tonight and there were two self check-​outs that needed assistance and there was only one manager at the customer service desk, who couldn’t be bothered to leave the desk to reset the machines.
So here is my check list for this Giant:
Dirty. Check!
Spoiled Fruit. Check!
Terrible Customer Service. Check!
I mean these are pretty basic things to have right at a grocery store and this one can’t even get one of these right.

It was fine. I got a discount without a giant card. I’m from out of town, but the people were friendly and aisles were clean. Not sure what everyone is whining about.

I loathe going here. There’s always crazy people hanging out out front (no, really!), the produce looks like it’s been run over with a truck, and the prices are insane, especially considering what you get for what they’re charging. Coupons and the card only take prices down to regular levels.
I only ever go here when I need something very quickly and don’t have time to run to a better store, like the Shoppers nearby, or Wegeman’s, out in Gainesville or whereever it is.
I hate that this is the only grocery store within walking distance. It should just be razed already.

The outside of this grocery smells like sewer right when you get close to the front door. It has smelled like this for my past few grocery store visits. It is pretty gross. I think I need to find a new grocery store.
