Fashion Carpet & Rug did a fantastic job redoing our floors in our home. The owner himself came out to our house after a thoughtful phone call inquiring on the types of flooring we prefered. He brought samples to our home at a convenient time for us and went through the whole process step by step. As indecisive as we were, Mike, the owner, stayed organized and patient coming out to our home (not convenient to his office) numerous times to bring different samples, discuss colors, and to make sure we understood the workflow. The men did a fantastic job and got it done in a timely manner. I was quite impressed with their work, but even more impressed with Mike’s follow through and customer service. I would recommind Fashion Carpet & Rug to anyone needing any type of floor work.
