Easy Renovations

We hired Easy Renovations for a small handyman job, and liked them so much that we asked them to come talk about finishing the basement, which was mostly unfinished. They were game, and we added a bedroom, bath, big entertainment area, and 3 storage areas. Kayla and Eric were INCREDIBLE about working through the design (in 3D, with zoom through options), verifying code requirements and permit related details and coming up with innovative answers due to the low duct work. The bill was right where we expected it, in part because of all the prior discussions we had. They added great suggestions (built in desk and bookshelves between a closet and wall, better light layout, a huge pocket door for access to the heating system, crawl space access, to name just a few) and had no problem with last minute changes. They showed up when they said they would, called if they were running late or had an issue, cleaned up really, really well every night, hauled tons of old stuff away, and were just alot of fun to work with. They pulled in a plumber for the bathroom, and an electrician, but did the rest themselves. We were really impressed and have strongly recommended them to friends for jobs big and small. Kayla and Eric are honest and hard working. Every job this size has glitches, but the only thing that slowed down our 6 week timeframe was coordinating the electrician and inspector. They are smart, talented, and take pride in their work, and are the first on our list to call when we need something done in the future!

I couldn’t be happier with Easy Renovations. I used them for drywall repair and they were incredible. Their estimate was the lowest of the three places I checked and the workmanship exceeded what either of the other two places would have done. Ernesto did flawless crack and spackle repair, and Kayla was great with setup, cleanup, and with communications. I don’t need to look anywhere else the next time I need drywall work, and I’m recommending Easy Renovations to anyone I know who needs work done.

Not the most professional business. I’ve had to call more than once to get through. Voice mails not returned. Handyman did okay work. Not very impressed. Wouldn’t use again.
