I would have put ⁰⁄₅ but I can’t. There was hair in the food, and the guy didn’t seem shocked about it. He also didn’t offer any compensation for it and it wasn’t mine because it was too long and it was dark (I have blonde hair)! And I had to wait 20 minutes for my food. Why is it considered fast food if I had to wait 20 minutes for a 4-​piece chicken and a cheese burger? Very disappointed that DQ allows this location to be run in such a manner! Never coming back!

Every time my family and I come to this location the customer service is okay, but tonight was just awful. Rude kid working and talked back to my mom who was just asking about a certain type of ice cream they used to have. He just looked and acted like he hated his job. Also, I’m glad we aren’t the only ones who noticed the god awful smell in that place. Its incredibly unpleasant. They have great ice cream, but there’s no way I’m ever coming back to this location. I’ll make the extra drive from now on.

I tried to call this location several times to order an ice cream cake for a birthday. I knew exactly what I wanted. Never got an answer. Finally had to drive over there to order it in person. When I asked why no one answered I was told they weren’t allowed to answer it because it shared the same phone line as they credit card machine. So basically. I felt like they did not want my business.

Smell was TERRIBLE. I had to cover my nose it smelled so bad.
There wasn’t anyone at the counter or in the restaurant when we arrived, but someone came out from the back after a few minutes.
Other than that, the ice cream/​blizzard was good.

Went there last night for a couple of blizzards. about 10 people in the shop and two kids working behind the counter. They were reasonably nice, but Oh My God… The smell in the place was JUST AWFUL! Not sure what happened, and I don’t know how the people sitting at the booths could stand it.
I was ready to find a port-​o-​potty at a chili eating contest just so I could get a breath of fresh air.
The actual product is fine, but what can one say? It’s Manassas. I won’t be going back.

Not really feelin’ this location. The Oreos in my blizzard were noticeably stale and the ice cream itself left a bubbly sensation on my tongue as if I had just had a sprite… And not in a good way. It weirded me & my stomach out.
The guy on the register was super friendly, however, but that’s Still not enough to make me return.

I’ve enjoyed coming here for over a decade now. The blizzards are always chockful of what you order and the food (ie; chicken tenders and fries) is unexpectedly good. Was here the other day with my daughter, who wanted chocolate ice cream. I tasted some of hers and the chocolate was very, very heavy on the cocoa flavor (think cocoa powder). Not sure if that’s normal because I never get chocolate at DQ.

I do really like DQ, however, today was just not there shining performance in my book. I received a $ 25 gift card to DQ for Christmas. The beautiful weather we had today made it seem like the perfect day for ice cream. So I went to DQ with gift card in hand, ordered a waffle cone blizzard, handed the cashier my gift and… The gift card wouldn’t work. (Raging anger). Needless to say, I left fuming and with no ice cream. Customer service was useless. I hope that I will someday actually be able to use my gift card. Today was not that day and one star is all you deserve.

I’m a big Dairy Queen fan. And not just their sweets — although Blizzards sure are yummy — their burgers are on the upper end of my scale for fast food burgers. I’d choose a DQ burger over McDonald’s, BK, or Wendy’s any day of the week. Recently my wife wanted dinner from California Tortilla, and while I LOVE California Tortilla I just wasn’t feeling it that night. I decided to go over to DQ and grab a burger.
I ordered my go-​to burger — the half pound Flamethrower. While waiting, I sat down and enjoyed one of my guilty pleasures, a butterscotch dipped Dilly Bar. And while I sat inside and enjoyed my Dilly Bar, I noticed something that I did not enjoy. The smell. It’s not that this place isn’t clean, but whatever cleaner they use in there makes a really unpleasant odor. I would have been more willing to overlook it if my wife didn’t mention that she remembered the same odor the last time we went in there for desserts.
When I got home I tore into my Flamethrower and enjoyed it tremendously. It was better than any burger I’d get from the Big 3. And I’d definitely come back to this DQ again. But that odd, unpleasant odor was enough to knock them down to 3.5 stars.

Love going to this DQ owner is very friendly and usually gets the food out at a very fast pace.
Quantity, quality and price of food are all ideal, no complaints!

I love DQ but the last 3 times I’ve gone there, they have skimped on my sundae or cone.
Two weeks ago I got a small caramel sundae w/​vanilla ice cream and there was hardly any caramel sauce on it. I asked if she could put some more on and she took it back, but when I got it back it was like she just put about a dot more of caramel on. I wish I took a picture.
This past Friday I ordered a small vanilla ice cream in a cup w/​jimmies. And I requested a lot of jimmies too. I got it back and I almost counted, but it seemed that there were about 30 jimmies on top. I asked her nicely if I could please have some more, and she brought over a tiny spoonful of jimmies and kinda threw it on my vanilla :(
Maybe they were running out of toppings when I was there but I was mad. We went to Kline’s freeze not to long ago too, and when I asked for jimmies they loaded the whole thing so much that it was almost like you couldn’t see the white of the ice cream, ha ha.
I like DQ so I will go back :o)

Foot long Chili dog combo — a dog with Chili and cheese, plus a side of hot, crispy fries, and a Diet Coke. Delicious!
Just wish I had ordered a second dog by the time I was done with the first!
