I chose this facility because of its competitive pricing and because of the reviews about the management and was not disappointed. Every interaction I had with the staff was outstanding. They bent over backwards to make sure I had a great move-​in and leasing experience. Would definitely recommend this facility to a friend.

Excellent! Shakirra was knowledgeable and very helpful in understanding my needs for self storage. I’ve acquired a unit and have been back to use it with no problems. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a self storage unit. The facility is located on Sunnygate Dr. in Manassas, VA.

I worked at a self storage facility in the past and wasn’t expecting an awesome experience. I’m very Happy to report that Andrea G. provided a first rate experience! This location is clean and I always felt my belongings tucked away in the 10×20 unit would be safely stored. There is an employee who lives above the office which helps ease any security concerns. I have never had any issues with the coded gate entry, it’s worked like a charm over the past few years.
My only pause for concern when selecting five stars over four was the cost. However it was only slightly higher than a few other options in the area and well, quite frankly, I was willing to pay the little extra for the added comfort of security I mentioned!
