Long story short, I dropped my iPhone 6 in a drink, thinking it was an empty drink-cup holder, and the volume on the phone went wackadoo. I head to AT&T early so I can be there when they open at 10 only to note that they have customers in the store at 9:45, already. That says something about people that want to help these people out before their posted work-time, especially when it’s Christmas Eve – my opinion. I go in there and I’m greeted by everyone. Eddie takes all my information down, offers several alternatives, and ultimately guides me through my upgrade to an iPhone 6s Plus. He even let me know about some promotions they were doing, so I got a «Gadget Guard» piece of glass installed on my phone and got an iPad Mini for free. Essentially, I paid $ 40 for an iPad Mini. That’s awesome! Eddie ensured all my questioned were answered and helped me out quickly, making the entire process painless and got me back out the door(new phone in tow) within 35 minutes. I’m extremely happy with my service, phone, and special offer and encourage anyone with AT&T to stop by there and talk to Eddie. Dude knows what he’s doing! Thank you, and Merry Christmas!
