I am very unsatisfied with this service. I will tell you why. I went in to have my mothers PhD framed. I left it there and I remember how it looked before. It was perfectly clean and no stains. It has been hidden away because we didn’t have it framed yet so no one could have possibly had it stained or nothing. I even had a photo of how it looked like before I left it because I wanted to do a before and after how it looked framed.
So after I go and pick up the degree it. The lady working behind the counter said «Look it was stained before hand.» She didn’t even let me look at it first. She acted and looked guilty of something because who is so quick to tell you what’s wrong with something before you even look at it. I was like «Ok?» Because I know for a fact it wasn’t. ¼ of the PhD that my mother worked hard for was stained with I think a reddish or pinkish tea.
This is the most disrespectful thing I ever had anyone to do my mother. Who worked so hard for a diploma and to have a lady that probably will never achieve what my mother has education wise was outrages.
If you want to give them items to frame be careful because they will ruin it and then blame you. I suggest do not go to this place unless you want to be disappointed. Also take a picture right as you leave it at their hands because they will mess it up and blame you.

I’m moving soon and have a picture of me from my time working for the US DoD that I wanted to get framed before moving… I didn’t want to spend a fortune on it, but of course I wanted it to look good too. I did some «Google Research» and saw the reviews for Art & Frame, so I stopped by a week ago and asked for recommendations on framing and matting, and of course, cost. So the cost was more than acceptable, but I sort of had different ideas on what I wanted for the mat and frame, but I told the nice lady behind the counter that she was the expert, so I would trust her to do what she thought would look good.
A week later, I get a call the job is finished. I get there and immediately I was blown away. It looks fabulous. FAB-​U-​LOUS. I might have paid twice as much if I had seen the end result before I paid. I highly recommend this business for your framing needs.

The ladies here framed a great, black and white picture of Jack Johnson smoking a cigar! They convinced me that having the picture matted was the way to go and worked with me to get the price very reasonable! I will be back again and recommend to all my friends!

I came here to get a family picture framed when I got the finish product I was very satisfied. They offered me a great costumer service and gave me nice ideas and frame combinations that will look good with the theme of my picture, I will definitely come back soon to get more pictures professionally framed.
