Scheduled an appt. for 1 pm. They finally showed up after 2:30 after I had left the house. (I had explained this time frame before the appt. was made).
I had them do some work the year before and that was fine. 6 months later we discovered they original problem we hired them to fixed was missed when they did some work on the roof. When they came back and got to the problem they said it was not under their warrenty and charged us another $ 100.
I only called them again, since they know the existing problems with the house. Won’t be bothered again…
