These guys installed plumbing during a home renovation I did in 2008 and almost every year since I’ve found installation issues. They installed a hydronic heating system as part of the remodel and I’ve just finished replacing most of the pipe work that they installed that caused the system to not work well. Mostly poorly routed piping, low flow issues, and flow balancing. After completing this I still had one radiator that was non-​functional so I got into a crawlspace to see what the issue was. They had plumbed the supply and return for the radiator to the same pipe. So no flow at all to the unit. I wouldn’t even have them back for repairs given what I see now of their installation work. Poor installer skills, poor quality control, and not inexpensive.
