We have purchased season passes to Signal Bay for the last two years, since this is our«local» pool. My girls(7 and 4) love the slides and the lazy river, but I can see the park is beginning to be a bit young for them. The depth of the main pool is a little over a foot deep. The lazy river and the floating log obstacle course is three feet deep. We usually tend to stay only two hours, so we can avoid the restrooms. However, I have to agree with other reviewers that they are pretty nasty. Usually, there isn’t enough toilet paper and they are often filthy. However, the open layout of the pool and the deck, along with the great lifeguards, makes up for the restrooms. We can always scurry home if we need to go that badly. Even though this review is primarily for the water park, Signal Hill park is pretty awesome itself! There are several soccer/football/baseball fields, tennis and basketball courts, biking/walking trails, a playground and a pavilion that can be rented. It seems be be well kept!

This was a disappointment. I brought my two preschoolers here for a fun summer afternoon, but we all left cranky! When we got here, the cost was $ 8/person(not $ 6 as advertised online). Then they asked to measure my girls. My 4 year old was under 43 inches so she could not go on the lazy river at all… not with a life jacket, not with me, nothing! So that meant that none of us could go on the lazy river because I obviously could not leave her and take my other child. So we had paid full admission for all of us and could only use half of the park. I tried to find a seat, which was difficult because even though it was only moderately crowded, there were no chairs that didn’t have stuff all over them. We also got in «trouble» for snacking in the sitting area. Apparently we weren’t supposed to do that… isn’t that part of swimming? They did have designated snacking areas we found out later on, however, there was not a snack bar or even a vending machine. The bathrooms were really gross. I admit, the children’s play area was nice(though a bit crowded with the summer camps/daycares coming in groups for a visit). It was very clean and there were lots of life guards that were friendly enough. The lazy river looked nice… but of course we didn’t get to try it. I was disappointed by this park, and with just a few policy changes and a bathroom clean up this would be a very nice park!

GREAT water park for small children. The primary park area’s maximum depth is 1′. There is a lazy river that circles the park, that max depth is 3′. Lots of slides and fun stuff for little ones. Any walking child will be totally entertained! You can bring your own food in, which is great. The website says they have a snack bar, but I don’t think it’s been open this year at all. My only complaint would be the restrooms. They are dark, wet, and pretty unsanitary. It’s not uncommon for the facilities to be out of soap &/or toilet paper. They are in bad enough condition that it lowers my rating from a 5 to 3.

Always a fan of open space and this park has that and since it sits on a hill top it has views of the surrounding area. There appears to be a water park here but I didn’t visit it.
