I know nothing about cars and am always worried that an auto shop will always try to rip me off. I never have that concern when I go to MARS Automotive Group. They provide the best customer service at fantastic prices. The staff is very experienced and I know I can trust any vehicle in their care. Mar, the owner, always makes a huge effort to greet his customers and that personal customer service and their integrity is why I will be a MARS Automotive Group customer for life.

The best independent BMW service I have ever received. Victor, Mike and the others went out of their way to provide great service.
My car needed a significant amount of repair work, and they did it all professionally, and at a very fair price. They diagnosed some difficult problems, explained what I needed, and took care of everything as promised.
Additionally, they assured me that I did not need the new brakes or control arm bearings that another shop recommended.
You’ll save a ton of money compared to dealer service and repair prices, as well.

I am one of those people that am loyal until forever if I like you and your service… I have always been very wary and scared of taking my car to the auto center to do ANYTHING kind of car service… even if it’s to the dealership. I don’t trust any mechanic… seems like they’re all out to get me… arms legs and ALL…
I did a little researching today and found this place. I really didn’t have much of a choice… my car was making funny noises and well… I had to get things done. If I didn’t I would just regret it later. So I took it in unwillingly and was pleasantly surprised. The staff… well mostly Victor… he was awesome! Really nice and really HONEST! That was the most important thing to me. He told me everything like it was… He didn’t try to hustle me or like MOST mechanics do… I felt comfortable and confident that he knew exactly what he was doing.
I don’t think I’ve EVER met a mechanic that was honest to me… and being a girl… and not knowing anything… he didn’t treat me like that either. Was very nice and polite.
The car is running perfectly and couldn’t have been better! I am truly 100% happy with the quality and the service that was at this location. Thank you for being awesome! I’m so happy that I’ll have a place to take my car now if there is ever a problem! You guys ROCK my SOCKS!
ps. it’s a really small waiting room, but very sweet because they have a tv there for you with dvd’s so you can watch while you’re waiting! haha (4 chairs and no bathroom)
UPDATE: Took my car again for a few my repairs… just had to say they called me in the past year to see how the car was doing!!! Very appreciative! Great customer service and not to mention they remembered me when I brought the car back!
