I can’t even begin to tell you how bad is this company. I know people complain on Unilocal a lot, but this company truly has no right to be in business. I have been dealing with them for the past two weeks to fix my washing machine and they have flaked on my about 6 times, showed late up without parts, and when they did come with parts it was the wrong ones. They sent the wrong repair guy because he happened to be closer that particular day, misdiagnosed the problem, and I genuinely don’t believe they know what is wrong with my washer to this day. Now that they think they know the problem, they have to order the part which will take another week. Unbelievable that these people can call themselves a repair service.

Called AC Appliance to fix my dryer. Turns out there was nothing wrong with the dryer but the knob was broken. He charged me $ 100 and said he would bring a new knob in 1 or 2 days. I never got the knob. I am out $ 100 for nothing. I tried calling and calling and they keep telling me the service manager is out.

Keep scrolling this company is terrible. There is absolutely no reason to do business with the A/C Appliance Service company unless of course you have a couple of days to wait on them to arrive, would like to stand over the technician to ensure they diagnose the problem correctly, and do not want them to actually fix the problem. We were referred to this company through our Home Warranty company to service our leaky washing machine. Once we were contacted by he company I set an appointment with them for a Saturday. Saturday came and went and no technician showed up, and no call to let us know they were not coming. They did not contact us until Monday when the technician called to announce he was on his way. After we explained the problem the technician ran the washer and after watching it for ten minutes declared it fine and tried to leave the house. My wife made him wait for the spin cycle and when it began leaking water he said«oh yeah». He took the washer apart and said that it needed a new part and that he needed approval from the warranty company to do the work. He left our house without putting the washer back together and took our payment of $ 100 for diagnosing the problem, which we already knew. A couple of days later I contacted the home warranty company and they told me that they could not authorize the work because the company had not sent them the report. This continued to be the story after three more calls to the home warranty company over the course of the week. Also, know answer when I called A/C Appliances and I could not even leave a message since their voice message was full. So, after two week they did not send the report the home warranty company needed. So here we are two weeks after the initial service appointment without a functional washing machine. Again, no need to do business with A/C Appliance Services if you would like to actually have your broken appliance fixed.
