The owner means well but his technicians are absolutely incompetent. I had my car serviced to them less than 5,000 miles ago, which includes an oil change as well as an inspections of my brakes and other parts. My left rear brake is now grinding against the rotor. They should have caught that the brake pad was thin before it happened! And if you call them out on their mistakes, they ban you. Waste of money and time.
