I was sent to Pool and Spa service for warranty work — on 05/27/2016 it was assigned I called and spoke to Kathy who was very nice and was told they could get to me after memorial weekend — which was fine I called back on 06/01/2016 as a follow up and spoke to Ashley who was abrupt and rude she even stated I could go back to Pentair and request a new service provider because I didn’t understand a request she had made. I did not wish to delay the service call since we had a big event coming up. I did not hear anything so I called on 06⁄03 Ashley said she would get back to me by the end of the day — nope called Pentair they said they would call them called again on the 7th spoke to Kathy said they could come out next Monday the 13th and they only received the order on the 5th. This was upsetting since I had conformation via email and had email and conversations from Ashley. I asked to speak to the scheduler Ryan– Jackie said he would call me back. At 4:55 I called and email Pool and Spa because I never received a call back. I again called on the 8th and did get to speak to Ryan and I explained all of the above and I had 80 people coming over on Saturday and how the ball was dropped. He told me to give him a couple hours and he would see what he could do. I never did get the call back so I emailed and called again asking for Ryan to call me — would you know I received a email from Ashley stating that he wasn’t in … I replied I spoke to him earlier. He then called me back said that the case was reassigned by Pentair — I wasn’t aware of this — I spoke to Ryan about how they put me in a difficult situation and now have basically killed any chance of having my pool functioning correctly by the time Saturday came. I did ask him to have the owner of Pool and Spa call me as a fellow small business owner I felt he should be aware of how he is losing customers — I never received a call I guess the apples don’t fall far from the tree. In summery the most frustrating situation I ever dealt. They get a F– if I could have given then Zero stars I would have but it wasn’t and option

Moved into my house in March. The previous owner recommended them and let me tell you. This company rocks. They showed up with 4 guys to open the pool, did everything in 45 minutes, but couldn’t locate the chlorinator. I went and purchased a new one, they came back that evening and installed the unit with no issues. The office staff are always very pleasant and accommodating, as I called a couple of times for follow up needs. They never charged me, other than opening and closing the pool. Great people with real personalities.
