BEST! This actually HEALED Rosacia and Cystic Acne for me. Nikolett was patient, gave me a ton of information, a tailored régime to follow at home, reviewed the products I presently used, and compiled a treatment plan for me. My Facial in the office after first testing the products on my skin — the results were unlike Anything I have Ever gotten from ANY Dermatologist over the years and there have been MANY who have tried to heal my skin with just a tube of topical medicine. Within 24 hours I noticed healing had started. Within Months I had the skin back I haven’t seen in years! The facials + the Foundation(Make up actually heals the skin), + the wash/toner/sunscreen/acne med have Transformed my Skin from Painful & Lumpy to Beautifully Toned Perfection. I can’t believe I FINALLY Found something with consistent results! I do facials once every few months now, but Every night When I wash my face at the end of the day & it doesn’t hurt, & the skin and pores are smooth even toned — I EXTREMELYGRATEFUL on a Daily Basis. TRUST — I would NOT have driven an hour there & back once 1X a week for months if I wasn’t seeing results! This place is a God-Send and Nikolett has the utmost professionalism and care for her clients and doesn’t rush you, unlike SEVERAL Dermatologists I know! You have to at least GIVEYOURSELFORYOURKIDSTHEOPPORTUNITY to try something with No harsh chemicals, No medications with horrific side effects, and consistent results. Some people/teenagers are married to Name Brand Make-ups — MAC, CHANEL … and won’t give it up yet complain their skin is in horrible shape. Would be Smart to slowly Introduce your FAVE brand of Foundation and Blush ONLYAFTER your skin is healed and see how it does & if anything triggers a reaction… but only AFTER you follow Envisions recommends & get your skin Healed and Smooth First! Don’t not try it because you have to stop wearing MAC Foundation for a few months. Come On! Have some good sense and Treat your skin as well as you can! You may never need Foundation Again! I don’t!(still can’t believe I can honestly stay that!!! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):)

If I could give no stars I would. Worst facial I have ever had. it was just a big sales pitch. One thing that really ticked me off was when Nicolett left the room I over heard her and the receptionist laughing how she over charges For a «acne» facial when it’s not even really an acne facial… it’s just a basic facial. It’s a scam.

I had set up a consultation and first time facial treatment. Upon filling out paper work which asked questions about my skin, diet, medications etc. I was brought into the room with Nikolett. She began reading the paperwork I had filled out, asking me the same exact questions that she could have easily found the answers to by looking at the paper. I believe I told her at least 4 times which topical medications I use for my skin(along with the fact that each was listed on the paperwork in front of her). She then began reading off of these lists telling me which foods I couldn’t eat, which makeup I couldn’t use and detailing how acne forms. It was no real consultation because she did not look at my skin once thus far and tell me anything personalized, it was a sales pitch. Then she began telling me about the«program» which would cost me $ 75 every two weeks for a treatment(which was not described once) and $ 140 for the at-home products(which were not described to me until I asked what that included). I was pretty skeptical at this point because I was being asked questions over and over(she asked me if I ate fast food a total of 3 times, all of which I said NO). Right before she said she was going to start my facial, I asked what the facial would be, since not once did she comment on my skin or recommend anything for me. She began asking me when the last time I used my medications for my skin and I said 2 days prior. She then began to comment that I should have stopped using them a week before(as if it was my fault), meanwhile the receptionist did not mention anything on the phone when she called me. Nikolett finally looked at my skin and goes«Oh I don’t think what you have is even acne, I think it is folliculitis» I asked what that was and why she went on describing programs for acne when she doesn’t even think I have acne! She answered that she will test my skin and see but that she won’t do extractions because if it is folliculitis there won’t be anything to extract. Next thing I know some other girl walks in and I am told she is going to be doing the facial! I thought I was paying to see Nikolett not some other person who did not even look at my skin! The girl did not even introduce herself and she handed me a folded piece of fabric and told me to put it on. No idea what to do with it, I asked where? and she said its a headband. She began the facial and about 10 minutes in she goes«Oh what was your name?» It took me every last nerve not to get up and just walk out of the place. How do you go into a facial appointment and not even know the clients name?! That just further showed me that she had no idea what she was doing. I began asking her questions during the facial to see what exactly she was doing. I asked her what she thinks it is, acne or folliculitis — her response was«I don’t know, my daughter has folliculitis and I don’t know how to treat it so I googled it» !!! She then started to extract(which Nikolett said not to) so I spoke up and asked why is she extracting when the other girl said not to and she said, «I can just feel it, ya know?» I was so blown away at this point at how unprofessional the entire situation was. As she was continuing the cleaning, she goes«OMG its burning your skin!» I immediately freaked out and asked what was burning and she started to explain to me that the products I was using were burning my skin? I had never seen a burn on my skin before attending this appointment so I was utterly confused.(I still don’t see any burns and asked others who did not see any burns either). She finished the facial and at the end just goes«Ok»… I said«Ok what?» She did not comment on anything about my skin, any recommendations, nothing, she just said«Ok you’re done». I immediately went into the lobby and Nikolett called me over to «sell» me the products. I declined and declined a future appt. Will not be returning and would highly suggest anyone else not to, unless they want to spend over $ 100 on a sales pitch and an unprofessional facial.

I’ve used Nikolett and have been thrilled with the results. She’s so patient and available to answer any questions I had during the skin care routine implementation. I have struggled with acne since I was 13, I’ve tried a ton of products. Over drying my skin and her program has truly helped. She guides you on which foods are possible causes for outbreaks. It’s not the typical ones you would guess. She’s a skin care magician :)
