Towers of Flowers

Eva from Towers of Flower’s a complete idiot, not only is she color blind but she is incompetent, uncaring and arrogant. We needed flowers for my sisters hair and all nine bridesmaids. We told her it was supposed to be hot pink, and she kept showing us purple flowers. So we showed her pictures, we gave her samples of fabric with the color. She finally said she understood, the morning of the wedding, we were supposed to get them at 9, we were supposed to leave at noon. At about 9:30 the flowers weren’t here, when we called her, she said 11:30, I said that’s impossible, we had to get all nine bridesmaids, the flower girl, the moms of the bride and groom and the bride done and leave by 12. She sends over the flowers at 10:30 after arguing with her and they are purple orchids, wrong flower, and wrong color. We had to send my aunt to buy flowers and our photographer spray painted them, after we sent my dad to buy spray paint. We were an hour late to leave, not to mention, she still charged us for the flowers we didn’t use, continued to say hot pink and purple were the same color and why cant we use them anyway? and was completely unapologetic. I should have known there was a problem because she works out of the basement of her apartment and it smells like cat piss. The arrangements looked so cheap for what my sister actually paid for them. The overall experience was horrible, terrible job and a disgusting, nasty woman! A liar and a fraud, Do not do Business with her!!! I dont even want to give her 1 star! it should be negative 5 stars

Ewa from Towers of Flowers was great! I initially met with Ewa because she was recommended to me by my venue. When I met with her, she made me feel at ease and even though I didn’t have too much of a plan for how I wanted everything to go, she helped me create one. During my second meeting, Ewa took what we had discussed from the first meeting and made me a sample centerpiece. I LOVED it and booked her right away.
When talking about my bouquet, I told Ewa that I wanted something with color to pop against my white gown. She told me she could do a composite or glameria bouquet for me, which I had not even known about before.
My two favorite floral pieces that Ewa made were my glameria bouquet and the cascading row of roses she put on my cake. I loved that bouquet so much I never wanted to put it down and the flowers made the cake look so beautiful.
