I absolutely love cheeburger cheeburger. It has an old school 50’s atmosphere and you can order different size burgers and add over 50 items to it. There is no limit to how many toppings. Fries are very good and they also sell tons of different kinds of milkshakes

Every single time we come here we are utterly disappointed with the service. The food is excellent, but it is nearly impossible to have a place run well when the only people there are clearly high school students. Our waitress said she’d be back to take our order and ten minutes later we walked out without ordering. There were at least five people working and only three tables, including us and one table who’d already eaten. Truly baffled.

Best burger place by far. Their burgers are cooked perfectly with the topping you prefer. Their milkshakes are creamy which makes it very delicious. I always bring my family and friends here. I love this place!

This place is gross! Food on the floor. Staff just seems to incompetent high school kids. How can the classic burger be ¼lb on of meat? It was paper thin. And explain to me how you can serve raw chicken tenders!!! Did you just put it in the fry and say 1 Mississippi 2 Mississippi 3 Mississippi done! Here you go order up, a nice piece of barely fried salmonella! Are you kidding me?

I read all the reviews and the bad ones hold up. As I was walking in, I saw a sign that read«New owner, New flavor». I was thinking«OK this could be good. But it wasn’t. I stepped in and there was no one there to seat me so I sat myself at a table. A few minutes later a waitress appeared at my table. She handed me a menu and said«I’ll give you a few minutes and I’ll be back». I didn’t even get offered a beverage first. Weird right? I ordered the Classic Burger and the French fries/Onion rings combo with a side of zesty horseradish sauce(I love that flavor sauce). And finally my drink! After about 10 minutes my food arrives. I take one look at my burger and I can already tell this is going to be bad. The patty on the burger is so small that I had to tear most of the bun off. The ratio is ridiculous. My first bite of the burger was in my mouth and it was so bland. I mean there’s absolutely no flavoring at all. I was hungry so I ate it anyway. The French fries and the onion rings are disgusting. Probably the worst ones I’ve ever had. I had one of each and pushed the basket away. The zesty horseradish sauce was the best thing about my meal. It was slow so I don’t know how the service normally is. But, the waitress never came over to ask how my meal was. She was nowhere to be seen. I mentioned to her that I did not like the French fries and onion rings and she gladly took them off my bill. I will not be back.

…never…ever…again. Eternal wait. Unseasoned and sub par burgers. Fries with Cajun seasoning were good. This was our second time coming after we walked out the first time since we never got attended. Never again. Don’t recommend. Don’t go.

I have been coming here for years, before the change in ownership. The food has been ok. Today, I called in a takeout order and the kid who eventually took it down told me 15 minutes. Got to the store with a 15% coupon. The counter kid applied it wrong and had to redo it. After 40 minutes, no food. Got my money back and left. I heard another customer complaining to the manager because of problems with poor food on their order. Too bad, because this used to be a reasonable place. With competition from several premium burgers nearby, there’s no reason to waste my time here.

They may be good Burgers but the staff in a mess!!! I called from to pickup two Bacon Cheeseburgers and the two Chocolate shakes. Simple enough I thought. I should have known it was heading in the wrong direction the minute the person who answered the phone asks if I wanted bacon on the burgers. The young man told me 15 minutes so we arrived about 25 minutes later. My wife went in to pickup the order as I waited in the car. As I watched I saw her speaking with one person, then another and then another walked over. I went in to find out they gave my order to someone else, no big deal right? Wrong!!! The person that received my oder only order one burger and no shakes. If you wan a good burger Booby’s Burger Palace in the Freehold Mall is the place.

Greeted promptly. Love the menu. The toughest thing here is to decide what you want, although their menu helps you by breaking it down in steps. Many free toppings. Food is cooked to order, so be patient its not been sitting under a hot lamp. Fresh food, and delicious. Busy in here and obviously a local favorite. Looking forward to coming back again! :)

Their burgers are awesome! It is a good size helping, delicious, and affordable. Their fries and onion rings are in big portions. The smallest size can be shared with 2 people. They have an extensive menu to choose from. The problem here is service. If you are the only customer at the place for the moment, they give you their utmost attention, the place is clean and conducive to a wonderful meal. But when the lunch/dinner rush starts, expect to be ignored, the place like a madhouse, the servers are running around stressed, which in turn are ignoring customers trying to get their attention. Several tables left with dirty dishes not being bussed right away, noisy atmosphere, servers not familiar with the menu(they are just pointing and reading them off), expect to get your orders after waiting for over 25 minutes(not acceptable since this is not fine dining), server not checking on your table after delivering your meal. They only show up to present your check. I was not even offered dessert. I even witnessed one of the servers while on duty sitting down at a customer’s table which probably are their friends, eating off their food, then stood up to get back to work while just wiping their hands on their pants without washing them. I understand that this location is under new management. But management needs to seriously train their employees. They have great food here, but when service suffers, it drives the customers away.

Our waiter not only laughed about how he never got his orders right, but wiped his nose then touched ours and other plates. Totally gross! A sick employee should never be working with food. Along side of that, he was terribly slow, the burger was OVER done, and the app came after we finished. Did I mention it was a fried app that would take less than 6 minutes to make. I’m not looking for 5 star food(obviously), but I do expect decent service, wherever I go. And now, I have the sniffles and aches, thanks cheeburger for having a sick kid service me my food…
