Awesome job! My carpet & rugs are clean & soft. The last company I used left so much soap in the carpet that it was like walking on sand paper. Thanks guys!

These folks do good work but the phone ettiquete is way off. The owner seemed averse to taking on work. Stated he didn’t really need the work? Quality of work was fine.

As it is with any of our vacations, it truly is not a vacation without a visit to the emergency room or something very expensive goes sideways with our Weekend Warrior 5^th wheel RV.
This recent vacation to the Mammoth Lakes area with our RV was no exception.
As luck would have it, a water supply valve to the bathroom in our rig got stuck open and flooded our forward bedroom and bathroom. Not only did we have soggy carpet, water leaked into the lower storage area too.
A quick dash to the local hardware store to purchase a wet/​dry vac sucked up some of the moisture but our rig was still wet. With no local rental stores to speak of, a trip to Bishop was inevitable. A suggestion from a Bishop store suggested I call Service Masters in Mammoth before I drive all the way to Bishop. As luck would have it, Service Masters is practically around the corner from the RV park.
We were greeted at the door by the friendliest dog you could imagine. Ace was just a lovable dog. Making our way to the front office upstairs, we met a staff sympathetic to our situation. Without hesitation, we were able to rent two carpet drying machines for a very reasonable rate. Mike, the owner, was very gracious with his time and we felt we were not being taken advantage of being from out of town with such a dire circumstance. The staff was just great to work with and our vacation was none the worse for wear.
Great people to work with, highly recommended.
