Working with Mike on my home remodel in Venice was a great experience. Everything was carried out in an extremely timely manner and exactly according to all estimates. Construction began with a complete bath remodel that was completed in less than 10 days. From there almost the entire rest of the house was redone, including new insulation, drywall and interior paint, laminate wood flooring, kitchen cabinets and appliances, tile flooring, new doors and windows, outdoor gate, and, finally, exterior paint. I highly recommend Mike and Julie to say the least.

Julie and Mike are a fantastic team. My husband and I had them do an almost full remodel of our cabin this past summer, and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. What impressed us most was their unfailing attention to detail. They weren’t happy until everything was just right and just as we wanted. We definitely appreciated the constant communication and picture updates to keep us in the loop at all times. They were also very helpful when it came to design and picking out the perfect materials for the job. Our «new» house turned out amazing. We highly recommend them!

My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed working with Mike and Julie on our recent condo remodel. While it was a relatively small job, we had big problems with the insurance claim, and Mike was masterful at navigating the insurance maze. Both Mike and Julie communicate extremely well with clients and subcontractors as well as insurance companies, which was very important to us because we were over 300 miles away while most of the work was accomplished. They know all the best subcontractors in the area of Mammoth Lakes and provided great advice to us, and both are skilled in their own right. They consistently provided attention to detail and hands on management of the project. As a native Minnesotan, I have to say that there really is something to the idea of their midwest values. We found Mike and Julie to be always fair, friendly and extremely competent, and we would recommend them without reservation.

Working with Mike and Julie is a great experience. As a contractor myself, I enjoy working with contractors who have experience in the field, and who know how to deal with situations that typically arise in any remodeling project. Any one of their clients can tell you what great work they do and how friendly they are. They also are great at working with insurance companies to get your place back to normal.
