Great pizza. Delevery always quick, never physically ate there. Loved their white pizza. But have tried many and was never dissapointed. The delivery men we always nice and never a smart ass teenager, which was great. Prices were ok for what you get.

Got delivery-​pizza and pasta were ok, but there is better in the area. Brown lettuce in the salad, cheese stuck to the lid of the pizza box because there was no plastic piece to hold it up, way too much parsley in the pasta… Sloppy. Try villa Maria for pizza and Leonardo’s for pasta.

Phils special salad with chicken is delicious. One of my favorite spots to grab a salad and a slice. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel at home. I love that they have a waitress even though it’s a small seating area. Never disappointed.

The menu looked good, I sat outside after I asked the man behind the counter if okay, I waited for service,
After waiting good 20 minutes,
Waiter came out and asked if I need help, I asked for the menu and mentioned that I need some to eat and order some to go, he gave the menu and never bothered to come back, I didn’t have enough time after waiting to long, I have to pick up my son from baseball practice, I guess I can get 3 large pies on the way home. From somewhere else.

We ordered takeout online; everything was warm and ready when we came to pick it up, and carefully packed to go. Delicious salads with homemade vinaigrette dressing; grilled calamari with broccoli rabe; chicken Marsala; plus pasta sides. Yummy rolls, too. Everything was fresh and tasty and delicious. Minor niggle — the pasta was a bit over-​cooked, but that’s not really they’re fault — it’s hard to keep it al dente when it’s packed to go, since it keeps cooking in its own heat. Would definitely recommend and return.

I dont know what chris s. referring to gumbas lol, this is harrison border those ppl are everywhere. I have just moved to the area and been here at least 20 times. The food is fresh and never stale. Phil born and bread from Sicily the heartland of italy takes pride in freshness and taste. Obviously not a michellin star restaurant but away from the infamous Sal’s, you cant get a nice glass of wine and a hearty plated meal. Sure theres some old school charm but that adds to the flavor and think «none of those» picky eaters would eat here if the place wasnt up to par ! Well done guys Bravo!

As far as the pizza is concerned here I really like it. Ive been getting pizza mainly from the Halstead strip in Harrison where a total of 5 pizzerias are located. Not all but most of them Id have to get toppings just to make the pizza pleasurable. Finally after years I decided to try Pizza Gourmet and finally found a place where you can get an excellent plain cheese pie. Have ordered many times since and will continue to do so.

Best pizza place in the area! They’ve got everything there from individual gourmet slices to classic Italian dinner entrees.
The owner and his staff are warm and friendly. When you dine in they take real good care of you. Phil, the owner will often come out and ask patrons how the food is. There are always a lot of people here especially during dinner time.
If you haven’t tried it you need to. Place really is the best in mamaroneck!

This is our go to pizza place in mamaroneck. I love the regular slice. Their food is great too. I’ve used them for trays of food for parties. We love coming here… With one thing we hate. The music! Lol
It’s the worst 80s stuff. Freestyle? I don’t even know what to call it. I’ve never known one song that is being played. My husband and I always joke about how bad it is but today my son actually said he was getting a headache from it and never wanted to come back! He is 7.
Delivery is usually fast! I always ask for Steve to deliver if possible! I love him:)

The pasta carbonara is to die for! I have never had a slice of regular pizza. LOVE the whole wheat slice (they use fresh mozzarella). Once and awhile they have rice balls that are incredible. I was born in Calabria, Italy and the owner of Pizza Gourmet was born in Sicily so southern italian cooking is my love!

Decided to try pizza gourmet tonight, very unhappy. Ordered at 4:25, they told me it would be here by 5. 5:30 I call, pizza didnt arrive till 5:50. Yeah the this stuff happens. But the food was cold. The cheese on the pizza was hard. If a pizza is cold… you dont deliver it. Stop being cheap and make another. I dont own a pizzeria but this seems to be pizza 101. Too many other pizza places around to stress it.

Went to Pizza Gourmet a couple of years ago for lunch with my two boys, 3 and 4. They didn’t have milk as a beverage option so the guy behind the counter went back to the kitchen and gave me two cups of milk — no charge. That’s the kind of service that makes you a loyal customer. Been going back ever since. Once they gave us so much extra bread with our catering order that we put most of it in the freezer. We take some out every so often, microwave it for about 20 seconds — awesome.

The pizza was good and the little dough balls served hot with the salad were yummy but holy crap this place is full of a a bunch of LOUD «we come here every day so we own the place» gumbas. The waitress wouldn’t so much as look at us until she was finished catering to all her friends with the espresso and the sambuca and the deserts holy crap get up and get out so somebody else can eat. I could not believe how these Godfather throwbacks could be so annoying making phone calls banging forks around and stomping on the ground to add emphasis to stupid Italian sayings. Gimme a break. Ill go to Sal’s and eat in peace. Shame, I bet the food is good.

We were looking for a place off the Hutchinson that served whole wheat crust pizza… and Pizza Gourmet delivered! They also have gluten free pizza as well. This is pretty astonishing considering this is not some place that looks like it was spun out of some hippie college town. Pizza Gourmet is a tiny pizza shop with about 10 tables for a dining area, that really looks like any «XYZ House of Pizza» that dots New England and New York. We were a bit skeptical, but they came through. The service was friendly and the pizza was delicious. The whole wheat pizza was great, and I got a slice of the «regular» pizza just to check it out, and it passed with flying colors.
