I am very glad we found this place. Just bought our first meal: some gnocchi, some ravioli and some bolognese sauce for the gnocchi and fresh bread. All were amazing. The ravioli and gnocchi are exactly what I’m looking for when I go to an Italian restaurant and rarely, if ever, get it. As at least one other reviewer were mentioned, we too compared this place to Borgatti’s on Arthur Avenue(as we have been shopping therefor ages), but this place is much easier and closer to frequent. I will definitely be back. Thank you. Ps. Also, thank you for prominently displaying the ingredients of each item. That helps a lot.

This place is amazing! It is really hard to make a selection when here. I recently had my sisters baby shower catered by them(Yes, they cater) and while it may be pricer then a few places it is WELL worth the money and you can taste the difference in quality. The owner helped me make the best selection for our party in terms of amount that I needed, we had a few vegetarians and a few gluten free options — everything was amazing. Their Lemon Chicken was simply divine. There were NO leftovers and we ordered a lot of food. The service was wonderful and so very helpful. No pushy over selling. The person who I believe someone referred to below I believe is now gone as I have been in there several times and never saw anyone but the gentleman at the counters(maybe management picked up on it finally). All in all I am SO glad I catered this event with them. I would list recommendations but everything is just so good that you cant go wrong with any item. Truth be told, I stock a bunch of their meals in the freezer for my husband. So when I work late or am away on business he has an amazing hot meal in just a few minutes.

I’ve picked up a few Italian staples here, meatballs, stuffed shells, fresh pasta. All were very good quality. I found the meatballs to be a touch too salty, but they were pretty good nonetheless and everyone who ate them had good things to say about the taste. What I liked about Mercurio’s in particular was that their products didn’t have any questionable(processed or unhealthy) ingredients. For example, the meatballs had meat, breadcrumbs, and spices. That’s it. This wholesomeness makes me feel a bit better about serving something to my family that I didn’t make from scratch. Will definitely continue to check out more of their stuff.

Main tip: this institution is cash only. Stopped by for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Delicious fresh pasta, and we also enjoyed the eggplant rollatini, meatballs, and sausage and pepper. Every scrap was eaten! Service was friendly enough if not excessively so, but this is not a sit down restaurant anyway– you go up to the counter and pick up your tins of food, you pay, you leave.

Mercurio pasta is amazing! How lucky am I to live 5 minutes from this place! Fresh pasta or frozen meals like stuffed shells, lasagne, ravioli, chicken park… The list goes on. The pasta is delicious. Honestly I also get pasta from Arthur Ave famous borgatti’s ravioli and pasta shop and both are amazing but mercurio can give borgatti’s a run for their money. I would be here even more often except they only take cash and I never carry cash:( But atleast once a week I run in here get a prepared frozen meal — pop that sucker in the cods and get a delicious cooked meal that my family devours. ALSo I must remember to buy trays here for my next party!

My fiancé and Iwent to conduct some business in Mamaroneck abd finished early. We decided to walk around the strip and saw the pasta store. Anyway to get to the point we had the chicken marsala and the eggplant rolentini. Oh My Goodness! !! That was so deliciously, awesomely tasting. We loved it. Worth every penny! !!!

Great bread but rude staff. My mom way back used to get pastry dough from there or probably from there other location. We just simply ask if they sold it but the cashier was way too rude and cut my mom off saying«we never sold that here … just food». She made my mom feel bad and I wasn’t too happy with the service. Have to admit it’s great food but really bad service and it’s not worth me coming back.

I take m father’s words for granted whenever he says that a pasta is good. The last time I heard him say that was when we used to live in Venezuela, Valencia. He would always say that the pasta in Venezuela was the closest to being truly Italian, and made by real Italians! However… When we came to NY, he never said that again. He ate in many Italian restaurants and would always live in disappointment. UNTIL3 weeks ago when he discovered this tiny home-made, local, Italian pasta place. As soon as you enter you can see the kitchen! Wide open! With people making pasta! You can get pasta made THATDAY! And we did! My father got meat lasagna(made the same day), and I got a box of cheese raviolis. Holy Italianese… When we ate this food… My father opened his eyes and said: This is… Italian pasta! –The end–

Yesterday, we bought wonderful fresh pasta at the store. I only wish they had more selections, but it made for a great dinner.

Every time I go home I make two stop on my way out to Boston, first to Sal’s Pizzeria and then to Mercurio’s. Mercurio’s serves fine Italian meals frozen. When you get home all you do is heat it up and you have a restaurant quality(Very good family Italian restaurant in the Tri-State) meal. My favorite is the spaghetti and meat balls, marinara sauce(buy as much as you can carry it is fantastic), and Bolognese sauce. Don’t forget to try their bread.
