Marcucc For Hair

I have been going to Marcucc for 30+ years and cant say enough about how great it is. Everyone is and always has been wonderful and professional. Every time I walk through the door I feel welcomed! Ive gone through every type of style thru the years from perms to highlights, short hair, long hair, you name it, they have done it and done it beautifully! Margaret is not only someone who cuts my hair but someone I consider a friend. Steven certainly picked the right buyer when he chose Maryanne. Shes a doll!
This salon is always current and always full of happy faces.
After reading the previous reviews, I cant imagine anyone not liking marcucc, likely they have «stupid» issues of their own.

Seriously the best cut and color I have ever had done! I am usually very picky with who I have so my hair! Danielle is AMAZING!!! She was attentive and listened to what I wanted (I am kind of a pain in the ass) with picking my color. She mixed these colors together and it is exactly how I pictured it! She is sweet and very talented! Will def be going back!

I go to Danielle to get my hair colored, cut and blown out and she does such a great job. She always takes my ideas and then makes them even better because she really knows what she’s doing. She’s also really good at maintaining my curly hair which is where a lot of hairdressers at other salons falter. All the girls there are always nice when I come in. They offer me coffee when I get there and tell me how great my hair looks when I leave. The last time I was there, I was the last customer for the day and they didn’t judge me for being the last customer like other salons do just because they want to go home. The shop is kept really clean and it is always decorated tastefully for holidays or seasons. It doesn’t feel stuffy or affected like other high end salons. I highly recommend it if you live in the area.

They do great hair but they have bad customer service skills and they are not professional at times. My mom called to make an appointment for me for a blow out day before Thanksgiving and she didn’t mention I have long hair or thick hair though I’ve been going to the same place since I was a kid I’m 27 now the girl at the counter didn’t schedule the appointments right I came in 10:30 and left a little after 11 they booked another girl around the same time as me tho they blame me for it because I didn’t mention I have long hair and need time to wash my hair. The nerve I put up w a lot from these girls I continue to go because my hair is thick so not everyone can handle it but I can’t help I was born w this kind of hair. The girl should ask questions my mom called thinking these girls knew me this long by now but you can’t blame customers for your mistakes. I’ll give them one more shot before xmas if things don’t improve I’ll find a place where they speak to me right. I don’t say anything because I pay good money for my hair and they do a good job but I hate hearing them complain.
