This place is amazing! The crab cakes are«real» crab cakes not a lot of filler like some places. I had the sliders one night and came back for the full sandwich the next night. The key lime martini is something you will dream about! I love this place! I’m pretty upset this isn’t a restaurant I can go to all the time since I live in Texas. :(

As a restaurant that tries to draw in local employees of businesses in the area, The Office should have a great happy hour, with great, friendly service and great food. I say should because that’s what I thought I would have organizing a meet up with a few friends here after work. Needless to say, we will be skipping The Office for future happy hours after our experience today. Atmosphere — Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, but first you have to get in through the ‘blink and you’ll miss it parking lot’. Once inside, many TV’s and wood furnishings greet you. Although there was no greeter or hostess, no matter, took a seat up at the bar waiting for the rest of my party. The bar has some nice fixtures for beer, as well as a smooth bar top with a clear resin finish. The look of this place is pretty nice, it’s just some of the other areas lacked for my overall experience. Waitstaff — By far, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. While waiting at the bar for the rest of our party, we sat at a bar table, but wanted to move to the dining room for seating for our meal. The bar waitress told us to move to a bar table for four, and added a bar stool on the end for the fifth guest of our party, which was not really what we wanted. During our service, we had many issues. The Happy Hour beer was not available, so one of our guests chose another beer on the Happy Hour list. But because the Happy Hour didn’t start until 5:00pm(note, we got there at 4:45), he had to pay the full price. Our waitress said there was nothing she could do about it because of the computer. Add that to her getting visibility frustrated and scolding one of our guests that if we needed separate checks, we had to say so at the beginning of the meal. She then disappeared at times throughout the rest of our visit, so I was totally unimpressed with the service quality here after that. Food — The food was okay while we were there. One diner went with the Cheesesteak egg rolls, which were good as he had them before. I went with a cheeseburger as well as another diner for my meal. Again, while I was there, it was okay. French fries were decent, but the burger was only mildly flavored. I basically got most of the taste with the cheese I ordered. Not gonna lie though, when I got home had a serious case of needing to run to the bathroom immediately(not fun). I didn’t have any appetizers, so it had to be something with my burger and fries. Intangibles — Seems as though the bar was packed with regulars and other people staring at their cell phones. TV’s were just loud enough to make conversations a little hard to hear our party at times. Lots of different options on the menu, not sure if I just picked something that was bad, but definitely didn’t help with the other issues I had with service. There is a hotel being built across the street that will apparently have some restaurants, may make things a bit more competitive for their service and food quality if they’re not buttoned up at the restaurant. Overall — If our experience was better, this is a place I would go regularly, however, THE Office left a lot to be desired. Maybe I might stop back in one day, but really, it’d have to be because someone else planned an outing there for the future. I don’t think I’ll be making plans with my guests to dine there again soon.

Yum! After a brief wait my colleagues and I were seated at a high top table. When we arrived every single table was occupied! That’s a sure sign that they are doing something right! We all had the Fiesta Taco Salad with different toppings and variations. I had it as is with lump crab meat on top. They did not slump on the crab meat! Overall it was delicious! I’ll be back for salads in the future.

The first time I came here, I was not impressed at all, but the second time was a different experience! It’s located right near the industrial parks, so it gets REALLY loud/busy during lunch time, but they are usually really fast at getting you in and out in a timely manner, since they know most people are on break. The first time, I had the soup special the day that I went and was NOT impressed. I believe it was a chicken spinach soup… mostly all broth and I actually had to add salt to it — not a good sign, especially for soup! The person I was with received a burnt pizza and the chicken wrap was just okay. The second time I went, I had a very good veggie wrap — crisp, fresh veggies and the wrap was soft and fresh as well. The sweet potato fries are AWESOME and I highly recommend them! For the price, it is a good place to get lunch, but make sure you get there before noon because it fills up fast! I have not been to the bar, so I can’t comment on the drinks or bar atmosphere.

Sometimes you want to go to place where everyone knows your name! Best local bar in the area. Great owners and staff. Many craft options.

Been here twice due to its location right by the turnpike. Both experiences were wonderful! Reasonable prices and meals portioned how they should be. Staff and owner really care and it shows. Nice beer selection. A bit noisy when a business table is in there but not enough to warrant a decrease in rating. Will most definitely be back. Love the office doodles too!

Went on a Friday night around 8pm. We were greeted at the door and got a table at the bar right away. Staff was very nice and the food was not bad at all. My filet mignon sandwich was only $ 9 but I was pretty sure it wasn’t filet. Was very good for $ 9 though. Prices were fair. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to this loud it was and the regulars who did not want to move even for a second so we could pass through. Had to ask multiple times before we got a dirty look and a slow slide out of the way. Both on the way in and way out.

One of our favorite stops. Good atmosphere for bar food. Staff is great. Come here quite often. Sandwiches, burgers, wings and drinks are top notch. The kids meals are a great value for that hungry kid.

Went here for dinner last night and loved the vibe of the restaurant! Multiple tvs with different games showing + a TV with trivia. Great line up of beers on tap. Had the tilapia salad and fried cheesecake. both were delicious(cheesecake is worth sharing). Definitely an awesome place to go with friends, coworkers or family.

I wasn’t crazy about The Office, for a few reasons: the atmosphere & the food. Service was okay on the front end, but the food was seriously lacking. We went on a busy weekday and it was insanely LOUD! We settled into a booth and my co-worker ordered a crab cake and I ordered the ribeye sandwich special. The crab cake was raw inside and had to be sent back– the hostess and waitress were very apologetic, and the took it off her bill, which was much appreciated– and gave another to go. However, when she got it home, she realized that one was raw as well. She attempted to bake it but it did not ever solidify. My food fared slightly better. I ordered the ribeye sandwich; it was fully cooked but it was very rubbery(it looked like it had been boiled, not grilled), and the bun it was served on was quite soggy. I ended up taking it off the bun and ate it with a knife and fork, but there was no silverware on the table so I had to ask for it. Minor inconveniences, but the food was the deal-breaker for me. I will likely try it again, with co-workers or friends, but I will definitely avoid the crabcake.

This is our favorite new place. The food we had was all very good and service was attentive while not being intrusive. Even though we got there at 6:30 on a Friday night, they went above and beyond to seat us quickly. Even though there was a wait they also didn’t rush us. And the food was great! So things to check out: Spring Rolls Nachos Quesadillas Sandwiches Burgers Things to avoid: Soups(chili is very sweet and other soups are very salty) Burrito

Was in town on a business trip and the hotel recommended this spot for dinner. My first issue was ordering the pineapple margarita. DIS. GUST. ING. Tasted a lot like rubbing alcohol with zero pineapple flavor at all. However, my waitress removed it and replaced it with a glass of wine and I was not charged. For dinner I ordered the bruschetta which as pretty good but served on a bed of iceberg lettuce(weird and wilty) and was a little heavy handed on the raw garlic — instead of being rubbed on the bread as it should be, it was chopped up in the tomatoes. Then I had the tortellini. It was ok. Nothing to write home about, a little bland. If I’m back in town I may go back due to simple proximity to my hotel but it wasn’t awesome.

Two words: Spring Rolls! This is the reason to visit The Office. Four different choices, these spring rolls are a great appetizer or entrée or both! Great place with full bar and solid menu, this is the place I always make an effort to visit while in Malvern. Give them a try and you will be hooked.

Good spot for happy hour if you work in the area. They have a good beer selection and all the food I had here was great. The only flaw with The Office is the location. It’s in a really awkward location on Rt. 29. They have a really small parking lot, and on a Friday night after work, it fills up fast. They do have a someone working in the lot to help you find a spot, but it’s still pretty frustrating. We ended up having to park across the street on Rt. 29 and take our chances crossing the street. Still, it’s always nice to find a good bar in the suburbs. I’m sure we’ll be back!

My wife and I were waiting to pick our daughter up from a party and figured we would stop in for a quick dinner. I had not been here since it was Brownie. We were very please from the initial encounter with the bartender for some drinks to the waitress every one was very welcoming. I had the ham and bean soup as good as my Mom would make The nachos were great. We both had burgers that were great I had the Sam Adams cold snap but they had a good selection of beers The brownie desert was very good and I am not a desert person At the end the owner Kim came over to talk with us, a friendly person who rightfully takes pride in her establishment We will definitely be back
