Great service and water ice! I love the new cookie dough cream ice! They let you sample flavors before committing to a purchase which is great, and there’s a kid’s size gelati if you want the custard but are trying to cut down on cals.

It’s not ice cream. That’s my fav. But the custard is really good. There are only a few custard flavors, basically vanilla, chocolate and twist which is vanilla chocolate mixed. I like to go for the twist. A regular size is huge, go small.

So good! I’m from the RI/​MA area and we have Del’s. This past weekend, my girlfriend took me to her hometown. Among the many things she showed me, Rita’s was a hit. I tried both Juicy Pear and Swedish Fish water ice flavors and they were both so good! I was amazed how authentic the Swedish Fish flavor tasted, like a child trying Jelly Belly beans for the first time. Yum!

I used to go to a school in Philadelphia and Rita’s water ice was one of the things I loved! I would be in school and just daydream about my favorite flavor, Mint Chocolate Chip.
Right now, I’m down in Atlanta and there is only one Rita’s Water Ice, which is about 20 miles away from where I live. Nonetheless, I still drive there, because how else am I going to get my water ice fix? But still, there needs to be more Rita’s Water Ice locations!

I spent a year in PA with my aunt and we used to live within walking distance to this place. It was so good & creamy, I miss it. There is nothing like it in cali. I’ll have to go back east for a visit.
