McDonald’s

Was early for an appointment so I stopped in to waste some time.
Bathroom was closed… Isn’t that special.
Ordered a milkshake…
Paid my money and waited.
And waited.
And waited.
Finally told the milkshake machine was down.
Really?
How hard is it to have a functioning store?
No, avoid this store!

I’ve lived in Malvern my whole adult life. This store used to be well run, but now every time I go in they are understaffed with undesirable employees who act like they don’t care. What Happened??? Another fast food joint that can’t get out of its own way. Went there for lunch today with two co workers and found a line leading to the door because they only had one person manning the counter at 12:30pm on a Friday. I’m sure the poor management starts with poor ownership.
What a disgrace !

If I could give this McDonalds 0 stars I would. They consistently get orders wrong, the employees are incredibly rude, and it’s a dirty place even by McDonalds standards. I love McD’s, and would visit this location much more if it wasn’t as horrible as it is. This area has thousands and thousands of workers that are looking for quick lunch options, and almost everyone I have spoke to agree that this location is the worst they have been to. MANAGER: if you are reading this, you need to get new crew and the location needs refreshing. This location could bring in so much more money if it wasn’t trashy and the employees weren’t assholes who had a little pride in their job and kept the place nice. I just returned from ordering breakfast, and I thought I would give this McD’s a try after 5 months of boycotting it, and yet again they got my order wrong! Thanks for reconfirming why I don’t give you my money.

Second Sunday I’ve been there and they are closed at 9:00 AM. This place needs to shutdown.

Ok, I have to say that since my last review, there has been a total staff turnover, and things are looking up for this McD’s. Hopefully we will continue to see improvement in service and quality. I still would def recommend checking your order before leaving the drive-​thru window, as they still sometimes screw up the order. And there’s nothing worse than getting back to the office and finding that you’re missing something!

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is dirty and gross. I ordered fries for myself and two kids and some chicken nuggets. The Nuggets were all dried up but totally mushy on the inside. The fries looked completely raw. They smelled awful. It’s the smell of oil that has obviously not been changed in a long time. Several hours after eating some of this horrible food my seven year old got very sick several times. Please do yourself a favor and AVOID.

Really bad customer service. Employees were fighting about how one of them was doing all the work. Meanwhile I was standing at the register waiting for service. Really slow and the restaurant was empty. Very unprofessional staff.

Went through drive through. Kept screwing up my order. Food utterly disgusting. Waited a long time for soggy hash browns. Steak/​Egg/​Cheese bagel stale and truly gross and nasty. Had to immediate spit the food out. Such a bad experience the one time I tried them that I can’t bring myself to go back there.
Alas, there are no good McDonald’s in the general area (though this is, by far, the worst in the area). I don’t see how any of them stay in business, but they seem to get by (only one farther down route 30 toward Wayne has shut down, I think). Are they really making money off the sale of their food?

Long long time ago this was the best McDonald’s ever.
Food was hot and fresh. Now the food is dry. Breakfast or lunch. I think they cannot do so many items well.
They could go back to just burgers fries and shakes. Too many variations for the staff to get right.

Pros — Best vanilla shake I have had in ages. Even had a cherry on top.
Cons — drove they guy sounded ready to kill me over my 20 piece nugget order. They were OLD

While I rarely eat at McDonald’s anymore, I broke down and visited the drive thru for a quick, tasteless meal this evening. I was greeted at the drive thru with an energetic «Hola». I pulled around to the window and didn’t get two words after that. Young kids, but still not the customer service I would expect. Once I made it back to the house I realized immediately I made a poor decision after biting into my meal. The beef was dry and pale with absolutely zero flavor. The fries were cold and soggy. The restaurant was empty as was the drive thru. Given my food was handed to me almost immediately after pulling up and paying likely means I got served the old beef sitting in the drawer, and the old fries sitting up under the «heater». Crappy tasteless food coupled with unforgivable customer service is a perfect recipe to chase customers away. Hopefully my review serves as a warning to others eating at THIS McDonald’s. This review was sent to McDonald’s corporate along with pictures of the horrific food.

WORST. Slow and the food was burnt and stale. Just go somewhere else. I don’t know what happened; ten years ago, this wasn’t a bad store, but now it’s just disgusting. Even the staff doesn’t want to be there; why should you?

Terrible, wrong order three times in a row. Even caught it on the third time they changed the order twice and still it was wrong. I just want a bacon cheddar mcchicken with just bacon and cheddar. EVERY TIME I get chicken with lettuce and mayo. Never again will I go here.

I didn’t even want to give this McDonald’s a one star, but I had to in order for me to write this review. The employees DO NOT LIKE THEIR JOB. The one lady never fail to be extremely rude! This McDonald is by far the worst McDonald I have ever been to. First time, the lady was so rude, I wanted to just drive off at the speaker phone, when I got to the window, she was even meaner! Whatever, I let it go. The second time, whoever was at the window was very rude again and they gave me the wrong food. I went there one more time and the lady at the window, once again, the same miserable and worst service you will ever get. When I got the window, the man had to ask me for the order again. If you don’t like your job, then quit! If you work at a place where you have to deal with people, then be a bit nicer! I came back here, stupid yes I know. I couldn’t help it because they closed all the fast food restaurants on lancaster. This time, I had a young man at the window. At least he said thank you to me. Finally! A person that says hello & thank you!

This location by far is the worst I have been to. The drive thru attended never says hello never says thank you talks to other employees while you’re trying to give them the money for your order. Going into the dining room I think the dining room is old dirty not well Kept the employees are just not friendly they don’t want to be there and just doing a job and getting through the day. Just my opinion I think they should knockdown this McDonald’s rebuild it using the empty lot next to them and you and build a play area. I tried to avoid avoid this location and drive farther to the Exton location which is cleaner and newer and their employees are much more friendlier.
Still by far the worst location I have ever been to they screw up every order. I try not to go to this location but some times I do.

I visited the drive thru. The employee didn’t greet me, say thank you, or give me my receipt. If you’re going to be the face of the business then at least try to put an effort to be friendly. I hope the service inside is better…

it never fails whether i’m in drive thru or inside it takes FOREVER to get my order. it’s a fast food joint people. hubby and i stopped in late one night around 9p just for an order of fries, not kidding it took 10min. food quality’s not the greatest here either. head down to the one on Swedesford Rd if you really want McD’s. They know what they’re doing there.
