Ughhh… made an account just to warn people about this crappy place!!! Worst selection on the mainline, and to boot! the woman working there, who i assume was the «owner» was so rude and wouldn’t even look up from her phone when I walked in the store. Would not recommend. :-(

HAd a wonderful experience with Jim and company. They were professional, timely and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them for both cleaning and repairing. They also took time to help us place/​arrange the rugs.

A pleasant place to shop for a rug. Owner is knowledgeable and friendly. Other staff members, while friendly, are less knowledgeable, so if he’s not there, you won’t get much information. Rug selection is limited.
Worth a stop if you’re shopping.

Shopping for rugs is often intimidating, but at Knots and Weaves the owner and staff are there to work with you. We shopped several stores where the indifference to our presence was quickly felt, but not here. I took a rug home to see if it would work for our décor, no problem. The owner followed up with me and really displayed the high level of service you wish you could get everywhere. Great selection, pricing that is within the mid range of the market and high quality product, this is the place to find your next rug.
