Good. Solid. Decent breakfast specials that they rotate. Big cups of coffee.

Cute environment and classic breakfast food. Come early or late if you don’t want to wait. Daily specials are especially good.

Super cute location. We sat on the porch in rocking chairs on a sunny summer Saturday. Good coffee, great breakfast, super friendly, attentive, service. The go to place for breakfast in Malvern!

I’ve been here multiple times over the last couple years and have been consistently happy with my meal. The stuffed French toast is fantastic, as are their egg sandwiches and omelets. The last time I went, they had a caprese omelet on special(basically eggs, tomato slices, basil, and good quality fresh mozzarella. Delicious. A friend of mine usually gets their Mexican Mess breakfast and is always satisfied. Possibly the best part is the outdoor seating. The porch seating is great in bad weather, and I’ve sat at their little end table around the corner with my dog multiple times. The servers are always very accommodating and have even brought him treats when he was with me. It’s the only place where I’ve felt comfortable doing that since my dog can be grumpy around strangers(not aggressive grumpy, just a little yippy).

Awesome quaint restaurant in Malvern, family owned with traditional items. Excellent breakfast food with some terrific omelets. A superb breakfast must have great coffee and their coffee is delicious. They have excellent gourmet pancakes, a variety of daily specials and great service!

Was here today for breakfast for my first time. It wasn’t crowded but it took just about 30 minutes to receive my food. My ham and cheese omelet was watery and tasteless. The reason for 2 stars and not just one, because my girlfriends breakfast was tasty. She had the stuffed French toast. All in all I don’t think the staff has it down. I felt it was being ran as if it was their first day opened. Check out the bacon strip on the floor for those still hungry…

This place is so cute! It is like a house and has its bottom floor as its restaurant. The food is amazing! I got the stuffed French Toast with Cinnamon Cream Cheese filling with strawberries and whipped cream, YUM! My wife got the Mexican Mess, which is three scrambled eggs with sausage, peppers, onions, cheese, and salsa with two pieces of toast, also YUM! We HIGHLY recommend Julie Anne’s Place!

Delicious breakfast!!! Had the Mexican Mess which was scrumptious and extremely cheesy! Also tried the stuffed French toast which was stuffed with cinnamon sugar cream cheese and covered with fresh fruit. Very small restaurant so you have to get there early to get a seat. **tip: there is flavored coffee creamers behind the coffee bar for anyone to use for free!

I’ve come here a few times with friends and have been impressed each time. I recently got a new job right down the street so I expect to come here more often for lunch. When I told this to the lady at the counter, she introduced me to all the employees which was very friendly. A lot of the customers that eat there go almost every day and are on a first name basis with the employees. The place is tiny, but the food is just amazing. They serve breakfast and lunch all day. I usually end up getting an omelet but they have a nice selection of sandwiches and salads for lunch as well. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in Malvern.

Their brocoli, tomato, bacon and cheese omelette is my favorite in this area and the price is relatively low. But definitely don’t recommend their ice coffee. It tastes like water!

Only been there for breakfast but this place is amazing. Their Nutella-stuffed French toast is to die for. All of their speciality pancakes and omelets only make this place better. I go here every Friday and will probably do that for a long time. Great place.

Just had breakfast there this morning. Small but cozy. The restaurant sits in a house so the first floor is where the seating is. From speaking to the waitress the best times to get in are first thing in the morning(they open at 7am) or an hour before close because it’s not as crowded. Had a buffalo chicken omlet with a side of ranch. It was very good. Service was good and definitely would go back. Nice place to go in the Malvern. Park in the municipal parking across the street(4 hour parking). On the weekends(esp Sunday) plan to go when church isn’t letting out as they go an overflow for a time thereafter. I wouldn’t recommend large parties or kids because if it’s a crowded expect a wait.

Returned for the fiancé’s birthday. This time, she had the Mexican mess, I had a buffalo chicken omelette. The omelette was great; just a chicken, hot sauce, and bleu cheese power house. We also split an order of Nutella stuffed French toast. Amazing. That stuff is what dreams are made of. It’s a quaint little place with awesome food and a laid back atmosphere. Just be willing to wait a bit if you show up during a rush.

A gem of a place in Malvern.. . it is where all the locals go to have a nice breakfast, good prices, and friendly staff. People all know one another which makes it feel like the«town spot». I like it because it is not fancy or trying to be something that it is not. I can go there on a Sunday morning, sit outside with my dog, and have a great breakfast. I definitely recommend this place.

Julie Anne’s Place is a gem! This cozy café(located just across from the pavilion of Burke Park in the Malvern Borough) is exactly what every small town should be lucky enough to have. Julie Anne’s is always hopping which means that the food is wonderful, and locals know where the best food in town is! The café has a delectable menu, quiche available from Worrall’s, and homemade sweets such as pumpkin loaf and pizzelles on the counter. The coffee here is great, and many locals make reading the paper and having a cup of joe at Julie Anne’s their daily routine. Be sure to stop in and get to know the best of «the Vern!»

This place is awesome! Quiet, little café tucked in Malvern. Reasonably priced standard breakfast menu with a few highlights, but they have many creative daily specials. The service was prompt & attentive. Food was prepared well. Overall great experience!

Holy disappointment! After the many excellent reviews we tried this place last Saturday for breakfast. Our party of two adults and three children completely threw them for a loop. When we got there at 10 am there were three other tables present. The servers were nice and friendly. We ordered three orders of scrambled eggs and bacon and my husband got the Mexican breakfast. Then… we waited. And waited. And waited. After 20 minutes we were the only ones left there. We still waited. Then two new sets of customers came in, ordered, and were SERVED their food. Still, we waited. This is unacceptable service. After 45 minutes I said they had 5 minutes to get our food or we would walk. A cook literally screamed from inside the kitchen, «Sorry! Sorry!!» Sadly, when the food finally came(at the 50 minute mark) it was bland, and even worse, canned. The Mexican plate was under seasoned eggs, a scoop of cold, canned, refried beans and 4 taco chips. Awful. The eggs had NO salt or pepper… at all. The bacon is absolutely, 100%, undisputed, heat-and-serve, Oscar Mayer. The home fries seemed like mashed potatoes heated slightly on the grill and completely unseasoned. Our entire experience here was dreadful. Bad food. Bad service. Bad everything. Never again.

I ate here with a friend a few weeks ago for breakfast — it did not disappoint! The location is cute and the food was delicious! I had the Mexican Mess omelette and the jalapenos in it were not watered down… it was actually pretty spicy for a breakfast omelette. My friend ordered one of their special french toasts, filled with some sort of cream cheese filling. I had a bite and it was amazing! The only downfall that I could see to the place was that it was SO hot. I don’t think they have air conditioning, and it probably didn’t help that I was eating spicy food on a miserably hot day. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu, though!
