Good stuff but ridiculously overpriced. The cheapest they have is $ 55 going up to $ 85 and sometimes higher. You can get the same exact strains probably the same growers over the hill at $ 45

Too expensive! Great selection, cool people, and great if you’re local but like the rest (most of) of Malibu the prices aren’t worth it. Malibu has ridiculous laws about collectives so there’s pretty much only 1 left, maybe 2. If you are stuck in Malibu, by all means, go to PCH Collective but if there’s no traffic and you can take a little drive, go for it.
If they dropped their prices a little I’d go back, meanwhile I’d rather drive to Venice for an even better selection and much better prices with a points-​system that earns you rewards and discounts. It may very well be their rent is ridiculous, but that’s not my problem.

I have been a very happy patient @ PCH for almost 9 months now. After going to countless sketchy Clubs in the valley I was finally referred to PCH by a friend and I haven’t shopped in the valley since. Their staff personally guided me and educated me on all their different strains until I found the perfect strain for my needs. I highly recommend their OG Kush Private Reserve. One of the best and strongest strains I’ve ever had, period. If your looking for quantity over quality hit the valley and hope you don’t get stabbed outside of one of those sketchy clubs. If your looking for designer top quality high end strains then hit the PCH ! They also have very tasty and strong eatables. Oh and totally forgot to mention that this club has the most amazing view looking right over the PCH out onto the beach. Perfect ocean view. Also first time I went there it was strange to find the parking lot. But look for the PCH Collective Sign with the arrow pointing up, drive up the steep drive way and take your first sharp left up the drive way and you’ve made it.
