Cyndi and Pam did our our wedding several years ago in Malibu and completely took the stress away from start to finish. Their artistic creativity converted the clubhouse into a magic fantasy-​land! Every detail was organized leaving us to enjoy the process and enjoy our special day.
We used them again a few months ago for a 100+ beach party memorial/​paddle out at Latigo. Once again, a huge success! I could not have done it without them.

What better words to hear? Cyndi and Pamela of Malibu Event Planning and Design took charge of every aspect of my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah during a busy time in my life. These two fabulous party planners managed every detail to turn my daughter’s vision of a CandyLand themed party to a 13 year old fantasy while at the same time creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for the adults. I am still hearing compliments from every age group: teenagers, my friends, great aunts & uncles! I should also mention, that we stayed within budget. We gave the dream wedding of a lifetime for our daughter and new son in law at a private vineyard in Malibu. We had 200 guests, a ceremony on site, followed by cocktails and a Mediterranean feast (brilliantly catered by Jennifer Naylor Catering). We couldn’t have done it without Malibu Event Planning & Design. Pre-​wedding, Cyndi and Pam were there every minute with great ideas, careful planning and individual attention. They listened closely to what we wanted and had the resources and creative thinking to make sure that the reality matched our fantasy and our budget. Pam and Cyndi form a team that is incomparable when it comes to coordinating services, implementing design concepts and supporting the flow on the day of the event. We cannot speak highly enough of these women and the care and attention they paid to every detail whether it was hand-​holding the bride or getting tough on the budget for the shuttle service. There is nothing to small or too big for them to handle. And if we could do this all over again it would be with them at our side. They made the planning and the execution of the wedding a joy.
