L’occitane

Good selection of skin care, the staff member was friendly (very new) but the shop is very pricey and there is more emphasis of course on buying the more expensive things. The place is small but cute/​clean.
I had way better luck in Vegas at the L’occitane Outlet store recently but they say outlet stores are the places where discontinued products go to slowly die out.
I did buy a few things on this date… my husband loves the verbana soap and shave gel and has for a year or two. Now, he can use no other!
The deals are also much better on line on their website but going into this Malibu store even to buy something small or a couple of items, is a nice treat now and then. I was happy with the free samples in my bag but it feels that they only give them out upon purchase. None were offered even when we showed great interest in certain things as possibilities.
Lastly, I wish the rewards program was a bit better for this company. Or gifts with purchase.
Parking is tight in this plaza, lots going on here, all the time.
Oh, the store is also dog friendly!!!

I don’t know why, but this location is one of my favorite L’Occitane boutiques to visit. I guess because it’s set against the beauty of the Malibu mountains or maybe because I just love the products here and you can sample them all day long.
The staff here has always been great gifting me with lots of little extra goodies with my purchases. Who doesn’t love free L’Occitane product?

I love this L’Occitane! It’s a small store (all stores in this shopping center are), but they carry a large variety of their products. My most recent purchase was the Shea Butter Hand Cream (1 oz) for $ 12. It’s my absolute favorite! It has a light, soothing scent and keeps your hands soft ALL day! The staff here are very friendly and helpful as well.
