They’re very nice wonderful people. I recommend it everyone who wants to use a party bus.

We ordered a stretch limo for our daughters
wedding. We also ordered four vans to transport the guests from Malibu to our residence for the reception.
The nice part of dealing with Gemstar is
the owner is hands on and actually
oversaw our event from concept to completion.
She worked out a fair price and allowed
us to stay within our budget.
The car and vans arrived in impeccable
condition with all four chauffeurs taking
pride in not only their appearance but
also the cars appearance.
We will most definitely recommend Gemstar!
In closing, much to our surprise and delight,
upon arriving home from their honeymoon,
a beautiful gift certificate arrived compliments of Lisa (and company)
valid for a night out to celebrate their
one year anniversary.

This is my first ever review. I often wondered if real customers actually write them. Well, in this case, the answer is yes! We have used this company for several years to and from the airport. Their cars are clean and drivers are on time. James was just wonderful. He is such a professional! We have just made another reservation because of him. GEMSTAR ROCKS!

We hired Gemstar Limo to handle transporting our guests for my daughter’s wedding to and from the venue. Thiery was always helpful and courteous with arrangements and was never bothered by my multiple calls and e-​mails with questions. We had a large van, a small shuttle and a great, newer Mercedes for the bride and groom. We had a somewhat complicated schedule and the bridesmaids were picked up at a salon and taken to the venue, then the van had to go back to the hotel and take the guests up to the venue, with multiple trips back and forth, along with a larger van. Despite the terrible traffic on the 101 frwy and Kanan Road, to my knowledge all the guests arrived on time and safely. One of the vans also hung around the venue to be available for guests when they wanted to return to the hotel. All the vans arrived on time and kept in touch with our coordinator. (My only regret was not giving the hotel the Limo info as some of the guests were concerned that the van would not come back and had no one to ask. The van did come back as planned.) The Mercedes arrived on time to take the bride and groom for their own ride back to the hotel and it was a beautiful car. All the vehicles were clean, newer, equipped with seatbelts and worked well for all the guests in their fancy clothes. The drivers were all friendly and helpful with anything we needed, including carrying a «bridal chair» back to the hotel for us with no problem. I would highly recommend this reliable company for any sort of transportation needs you may have. I will certainly use them again if necessary.

The best way to travel to and from LAX I could ever think of. We were refereed to Gemstar by our building management as a flat rate way to get to Burbank/​LAX. We now call on these guys anytime I head to the airport which is 3 – 5 times a month.
They are always on time, helpful, and have a pretty solid fleet. My favorite airport ride is the Chrysler 300c SRT but they only have two I think in the total fleet. Put in a request for one if you can when booking a reservation.

Would you believe that when I was a kid, I didn’t know you could park a car at the airport? That’s because my dad used to get so stressed about traveling and getting to LAX on time that we NEVER drove ourselves to the airport, as far as I know. So for me, every trip started with our doorbell ringing and the driver coming down the driveway to get our luggage. Pretty cushy, huh?
Gemstar will always have a special place in my heart, if only because it was such an inseparable part of my childhood. I look forward to someday taking MY children to the airport in the back-​seat of a Gemstar limosine!
