The people who work here are salty and perhaps slighttlyyy racist. Walked in with my boyfriend, who’s Asian, and the sales lady’s smile immediately turned to a frown. Nice. I started checking out the rings, and he went for his usual shirts and shoes. The salesperson said that there was absolutely nothing available in his size. You really expect me to believe that you’re out of size large for the entire store? She didn’t even bother to check, just a rude no. I was tempted to buy one of their gold rings, but her attitude was just so salty, I didn’t think it was worth my time. I’ll go to the Melrose location, where everyone is beyond nice. Calm down Chrome Hearts Malibu. * they get two stars because their ring selection is slightly varied from the Melrose location. You’d just have to swallow your pride to buy one.

Extremely bad attitude and one of the worst we have ever encountered … All staffs share the common bad attitude and suggest the brand founder to seriously review … Ruin the brand in the long run …

I’m giving only two stars over here honey. TEACH. Your. Employees. to speak better language with better attitude ! When I had an internship at a retail store I was taught that although the customer don’t speak great English you have to keep trying speaking in Easy English and don’t make confused or frustrated face.(and also, don’t give up.) I went here today with my friend who’s been the vip of CH for past 15 years, but doesn’t speak any English, and whenever he wanted something and asked something the lady would go like what? with the frustrated look. Yeah, I know honey you are frustrated cause you dot understand what he wants but if you are keep showing us that attitude and the facial expression we won’t feel good ! like show us that you are trying hard! She would look angry all-the-freaking-time and it makes me feel bad. She even greeted us with that angry look. does she even know how to smile? The only time she smiled is when we made the payment and when I told her that I like her jacket. All we need is only stuff from here yes, but at least show a bit more respect? and have better customer service? and remember. this is a ultra-high-end-luxury brand. The employees here talk like teenagers from the middle school or something. Be little bit more classy or be professional. I’ve never seen any employees who use those kinds of language, it was rude, annoying, and irritating. I love chrome hearts and I do own a lot of pieces of jewellery from here but I would never go back to the one in Malibu. Stick with the one near maxi field.

Although I bought several sun glasses and other items at the Malibu store. It is a pretty expensive store. People can expect more professional response to a simple lens replacement as «Will let you know» They promised 6 week originally ?? After personal visits and phone request after 8 weeks they could not give an answer when the replacement lenses are ready. For such elegant and expensive items and brand«The Customer» may expect a better service department and service.

I love Chrome Hearts and although this is a smaller store, it’s easy to navigate and the staff is nice and helpful. I would go back again.

This is one of the smaller Chrome Hearts stores in the world but the intimate feel works for its setting. The store is a little hard to find if you have never been before. Look for an ivy covered wall and walk through the gates as they are know for their hard-to-find locations. The salespeople are real nice and seem genuine. I would go back except the traffic getting to Malibu SUCKS!!!
