Wah Lum Kung Fu & Tai Chi Academy is an amazing place. I came here as an adult student and have learned so much. When you join this school, you really connect into a community. Instruction is wonderful — affirmative, patient and fun. Sifu Mai Du is so knowledgeable, so excited about youth and community development, and so engaged in making a difference in her students’ lives. Also, as a student here, there are opportunities for travel to Kung-​fu tournaments in other parts of the country and even the world (!) and to assist in Boston-​area Chinese New Year celebrations. This is truly a special place.

This is a first-​class martial arts school for anyone interested in learning Kung Fu or Tai Chi. Under the leadership of Sifu Mai Du, the school has grown steadily over the five years that it has been open, with students of all ages and abilities. The standard of teaching is excellent, and students progress at their own pace. I thoroughly recommend the school.
