I like the staff. The doctors are wonderful. Dr. Abate remembers me every time without fail. My one complaint is that their phone system is awful. I have to call several times to get an actual person. Most of the time I sit in phone jail for 10+ min waiting for my doctor’s secretary to answer, only to hang up and try again later. I generally do this 3−5x before actually talking to someone. Sometimes I call a different secretary and book thru them just to get a live body.

I rely completely upon my doctors and staff here.
Doreen, the reception, goes above and BEYOND her job to help out clients. A few weeks back upon booking an MRI in Woburn, she had called to get a confirmation # and appointment. When the moron who works for my insur. company fucked up and told her I didn’t «have insurance as of July 1^st» and straightened them out with the quickness and called all over to make sure it wasn’t a computer glitch and that I was good to go.
I mean, imagine someone telling you that you can’t book treatment because your insur. company has someone answering the phone and not paying attention to anything, and that you HAVE no insurance! It’d be enough to make your head spin. But Doreen saved the day, she rocks my socks.
I go to Dr. Lynch, and he’s always been very thorough with my treatment. Very friendly as well, nice guy. I need someone I can trust, because I engage in full contact sports and acquire many injuries on a freequent basis.
My uncle used to work here as an orthopedic surgeon a long while back, and this facility comes highly recommened.
