Have been using Lamarca and sons for about 6weeks now as a new café in Canton Mass but have to say we have been very impressed with their service to date. Bread is there when we arrive and if there is a question they call right back. I had read the negative comment on here about poor customer service and it did make us nervous but so far the post could not have been any further from the truth!

The WORST bread distributor I have ever dealt with. Noone ever answers the phone you have to leave your order as a message or email it. Where is the customer service in that. If you have a questiopn about a product and you leave a message good luck hearing back in a timely manner. If they mess your order up good luck getting ahold of someone to fix it. If you can avoid using this distributor I suggest you do. Oh ya cut off for orders is 3pm but they will call you at 2:40 looking for your order the only time you Ever hear from them THEY ABSOLUTLEY SUCK!!!
