Dunkin’ Donuts

I love this shop. The two owners are amazing people. The tall is super nice and the short one is plain amazing. Great coffee and great service. Yummy.

I came here on National [Free] Coffee Day, expecting the staff to be over-​worked and tired like any other place that does a promotion all day. However, the guy that took my order was very friendly and delivered great service. Thank you so much!

These guys are like college kids and they have barely have any patience. They messed up my order more than one and now I lost my patience and leaving a 1 star.

The management is excellent– they’ve actually driven a corrected order out to me at work every time there has been an error, not that it happens often!

many years ago. people didn’t know what MSG was. its a behavioral modification drug.
today people still don’t know what Dunkin adds to the coffee — a sneaky untraceable chemical that makes the person more «agreeable» when it reacts to sugar. That’s why America runs on Dunkin.

The best dunk’s in Malden, by far! Quick, speedy service, friendly staff, and a drive-​thru! This is definitely my go-​to dunk’s around Malden!

Dont love it here & often mistakes are made… and the one woman I always seem to encounter is rude!

I had a different experience. May be an off day? I went there and waiting in line for a relatively short period (inside the store). I asked if they had Dunkachino’s. The women actually laughed at me saying she’s heard that question enough today and should put up a sign. I said ok… can I order. The replied, «that’s what I’ve be waiting here for (sarcastically). I told her no thank you, I can do without the attitude and Dunkin Donuts today. I then walked out. I’m not saying everyone at the store is like that, but that women left an impression (and not a good one).

Let me start out by saying that I feel a little silly reviewing a Dunkin’ Donuts. I mean, really, c’mon… there’s one on every corner in this town. Hell, there’s one on every corner in ALL OF NEW ENGLAND. But this one’s different. It’s special. And you know why? Because it’s MY Dunkin’ Donuts.
No, I don’t own it, nor do I work there. But it IS the one I visit pretty much every morning on the way to work. And let me tell you, it’s actually got some of the friendliest service I’ve ever encountered at a DD’s.
I used to go inside to order all the time, since I had this weird perception that drive-​thru lanes were both less efficient and more likely to mess up one’s order. The ladies who work inside are generally, shall we say, «women of a certain age.» Oh, and they all totally incessantly flirt with their male customers, which is kind of awesome. In fact, one time one of the ladies was hunched down on the ground behind the counter (getting more cups or something, probably?) and this good-​looking construction dude who also happens to be a regular customer walks in… and what does she say to him? «I’m already on my knees for ya, honey!!» Now I probably don’t have to tell you, but that made my morning. Also, any time I would get a bottle of soda or juice, I’d be offered a cup of ice for my beverage. I always declined, but it was still a very nice gesture.
Nowadays, I’m a drive-​thru guy all the way. The woman who works at the window when I go there in the morning has gotten to know what I order, and can instantly spot without my needing to point it out when something has gone awry in the «kitchen.» Also, they haven’t discontinued poppy seed bagels like some OTHER locations have done, and I always get TWO lemon wedges with my iced tea.
You can probably tell I could go on and on, but I’ll spare you. Just know that this Dunkin’ Donuts is awesome.
