Classic Pizza

This place is definitely to my go place every other day
Now, since they fix the place. the guys there are so nice.
Pizza slices they have you can’t believe how huge are.
Not only they huge but they so yummy. i m addictive now. i highly recommend it.

Great place to go. The new owner that took it over cleaned the place up very nicely and the food is great. Everything I’ve gotten from this place has been awesome. Love getting the fried dough. Give the place a chance and you’ll be highly satisfied

Out of all the surround food joints in the area, Classic is the 1 my family & I continuously order from. The exterior & interior looks more like a dive but the food is really good. I’ve tried many different items from there & I’m never dissapointed. The prices are awesome too & the portions are big, definitely share worthy. I. e: their wraps are as big as a normal large sub. It’s like 2 wraps for the price of 1. You also need to try out their ZaZa pizza, no red gravy (sauce), but fresh tomatoe slices with a blend of cheeses & spices. It sounded weird to me the 1^st time I looked into it but omg it is now my favorite pizza ever & as far as I know, they are the only place that sells it or anything like it. I’ve only been a local resident for 2 years now. I’m originally from Boston, so I am picky about my food places due to having so much variety & great restaurants in the Boston area. So to me this place is a hidden gem. I wish they updated it more though. I heard it was somewhat updated within the last few years or so due to new owners. It is a very clean & friendly place, good for take out or deliveries, not many tables to eat at though inside. Definitely recommend Classic Pizza, anything on the menu & I’ve tried a bunch, is worth checking out

Hasn’t disappointed me yet and I complain a lot about my food not being what I expect/​want… They always get my order right and always on time, even when I moved to a different part of the city. I usually get the waffle nacho fries and a steak and cheese but their chicken and onion rings are good.
If you have kids, the best option is the puu puu platter.

I don’t know what all the negative comments are about. I have been ordering here for a few months now. I have yet to get something that I found disgusting. Their chicken fingers and golden bbq sauce are the best. They have good pizza, the steak and cheese & cheese burger are always cooked perfect never fatty or does it have any Grissel. They have the best BLT. Only down fall is sometimes delivery is a bit slow. I would definitely recommend you at least trying their food, you won’t be sorry.

When I called just to ask about the order, the guy interrupted midway and said «yeah yeah, it’s coming.»

I sought out Classic Pizza because they make a very hard/​impossible to find pizza in the Boston area (the BLT pizza). I’ve only had it while visiting family in the mid-​west, but could never find a place in Massachusetts that makes it. They make it! Ordering over the phone was a little tricky, as the gentleman taking my order had trouble hearing/​understanding me, so I was really shouting my order rather placing it. You can place your order on their website, too. I’ve done that as well, it’s easy and I would recommend ordering that way.
Parking is tricky considering only street parking is available. Brush up your parallel parking skills, you may need them. The place looks like any other pizza place. couple of TVs, few soda fridges, counter/​menu, some seats to eat in. The owner/​employee (whoever was at the register) was a little gruff, but wasn’t rude. One time I went to pick up an order and they we’re running behind, so I had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get my pizza (not long at all). He told me to take a 20 oz Pepsi for free because of the wait. I thought that was nice. he certainly didn’t have to do that. Their menu is huge, so they likely have sometime you’ll want. I would go back.

If the food arrives and if the order is correct, it’s not too bad… but good luck with that one. They get one star for their rudeness, however. If you have the nerve to complain, they will call you back, yell at you, yell in your place of business. It’s shocking, the level of unprofessional-​ism. It’s too bad, my workplace ordered from them frequently and they have just lost a lot of business.

Classic Pizza is always the go to place for my boyfriend and I and we usually always love our food. We just ordered from them on Sunday night and it was just awful! We ordered large subs and I couldn’t believe what we got! The roll was huge and had barely enough shaved steak for a small sub, and I paid for extra cheese. My boyfriend got a buffalo chicken sub and had the same issue, there was barely anything in the roll at all. Hopefully it was just a bad night because I love this place and would hate to stop ordering from here.

Terrible delivery times, messed up order, and attitude galore. Never again.

We used to order from Classic a while back, that was always our go-​to spot… Over time they seemed to slip so we hadnt gone in years…
Well a few weeks ago we decided to give them a shot… Not as wonderful as they once were back in the day, but they were ok.
This place had the best Scampi Pizza at one time back in the day & now its just good… I mean dont get me wrong, its much better than I have had at other places.
The pasta (which I always tend to gravitate to) is SOOOO SAUCY, so if you like your pasta with TONS of sauce let it be Red, White, Scampi… Then you are good, I would really just prefer when I order shrimp for there to actually be some in it…
The flavors of everything are good, delivery is also very fast…
No complaints as of yet, they have been added back into the regular rotation!

DONT DO IT FOLKS… MY PHONE ORDER WAS CRAZY!!!
For starters… The thin crust/​light chese pepperoni pizza I ordered was anything but!
Further, The ‘boneless’ buffalo wings had bones and the ‘regular’ 2 liter pepsi I ordered was DIET !
I was THRU!!!
Fyi: The ONE STAR rating I had planned to give this fiasco of a pizza place was only upgraded to TWO STARS when the delivery guy came back to switch out my diet pepsi after my phone call to complain. As disappointing as my order was, I wasnt about to suffer further by washing it down with diet soda!
In closing, I’ll be sticking with DOMINOES for my thin crust/​lite cheese peperoni pizza from now on… at least THEY get it right the FIRST time!

Love classic pizza… never a mistake with the orders!

My coworkers and I have ordered from here for lunch on several occassions and have never had a problem (and one of them is super-​picky so that’s saying something). Creative & tasty pizzas. Paninis and wraps are pretty good-​sized; «large» calzones are massive.

I placed an order at work for 3 people. It would make sense that one would order a LARGE pizza right? And I also said LARGE Pizza. The delivery guy comes in with a small. I say No there is a mistake I ordered a LARGE and HE STARTS TELLING ME I DIDN’T!
I said this is for 3 people I wouldn’t and didn’t order a SMALL. He continues to argue and then I told him forget it I will order from some place else. Then he tried to back track and tells me he will get me a large.
I told him that I don’t appriecate being blamed for a mistake that was made by him (he told me he was the one that answered the phone)
So again I told him forget it. I was worried he would spit in the pizza or something. So he takes it and leaves and on his way out the door calls me a «Stupid» something or another. I believe that he said «Stupid B**ch». I stood up and I said EXCUSE ME WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!! Then he plays dumb and is acting like he doesn’t speak English or acting plain dumb. I called the place and requested the owner who I was told wasn’t there then they put some guy on the phone. He apologized and offered to get me a LARGE. I said «No thanks because for all i know you’ll spit on it»
Then I thought I would write a review I am glad I did and glad I sent it back because from these two reviews that I read it was the right call. First off the customer is always right and 2^nd IT WAS HIS MISTAKE.
I’m disgusted if I could I would give no stars.

BEWARE — THIS RESTRAUNT IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES
AVOID THIS PLACE
This is the worst place I have visited. I went in there tonight, to order a steak and cheese, with onions, they promptly, made the sandwich which I ordered. I paid for the sandwich, opened the wrapping, to put on some hot peppers, what I found next grossed me out, I found dead cockroach in the sandwich, I told the guy to make another sandwich for me, he told me that I would have to pay again for a second sandwich, I then demanded my money back, which at first he refused, I stated that if he didn’t, I was going to call the police, he then opened his register and gave me back my money, and told me to never come back, I said, (making sure that everyone could hear me, «Making a customer a sandwich with cockroaches, isn’t on my menu, I’m sure that it isn’t on most others either. Everyone in the restaurant got up and left. (Yes, I also did call the Board of Health as well.)
Do yourself and your health a favour, don’t go here. About a half block 3 doors up towards Pasta Market Café up is Theo’s, which is far superior.
